A nice promotional discount on top of a solid price ~ for a bourbon I've been looking for ~ is very appealing. The ease of the website makes it better than heading down to your local liquor store.

My order was totally messed up

My order was totally messed up. I ordered Tuesday evening with overnight shipping to get the shipment to my Father for Father’s Day and then got misled after two phone calls and it shipped Friday but they didn’t add Saturday delivery so it will not get there until Monday after I was first told it was shipping Thursday and then Friday for Saturday delivery. The service person claimed it was a UPS problem but UPS said the shipping label wasn’t even created until Friday afternoon. If they had selected Saturday delivery it would have been fine but they did not.

Great Company

I have ordered from almost every major company online and Sip Whiskey is by far the easiest to deal with. There inventory is excellent also.

It was easy to find the items I wanted…

It was easy to find the items I wanted to purchase. If there was going to be a discount, I would have appreciated it up front - even if it was less of a percent. The cost of the liquor was good, but the final bill was no deal. Probably won’t order from you again.

Horrible experience

Initially I was so excited to order with your company, I understand there was a shipping fee which I didn’t mind paying. I needed the bottle as a gift, however, I never received the item, never received a notification or attempted delivery notice, I Have a ring camera doorbell installed, never received a notification about a being dropped off or a paper notice on my door. After checking my order status, I read that the item was being shipped back to sender. I got in contact with your company support through chat to let them know what was happening, not only was I told I will not get a refund on shipping but if I wanted it re shipped I would have to pay a new fee. I haven’t even been refund for the bottle yet, not only did I wasted time and money because it’s a lost at my expense. I don’t think I will ever order with this company ever again and I hope this helps others so they don’t go through the same experience. I wasn’t able to gift this. Just a Bunch of waste of time very unprofessional. I’d give 0 stars if there would be a option for it.
