We get a lot of fond everytime we cook in this skillet, it does come off but if you are doing multiple batches, it becomes a bit more caked on the bottom than
I like. It has only been a week. I love the way it looks, it behaves a lot like a lighter stainless steel pan. It has been released for commercial kitchen use, and we will see how much it gets used. That's the true measure.

This company understands customer service. I sent an enquiry on a weekend and received a reply within a few hours and not from a bot. The customer service officer was quick to take action and I my refund was confirmed within a couple of days. I was hesitant to order from a site I haven't used before and I haven't received the items I have ordered as yet, but based on their customer service approach, I feel confident of the products they sell.

WAS MISLEAD ALSO ON THAT, INFO AND PICS, ALREADY COMPLETE AND ENOUGH.

One wok, came out of the dishwasher fully covered with glowing/reimbow irridence means did not keep the standard bosh dishwasher temp on it and its adv to keep way higher temp.

The other 2 pans have been uswd with follow istructions and both majour faults, sticky food on it and no even cook.

The service delivery majour fault, the items majour fault, the custumer service kept waste thier own time asking for more pics when dettailed ones where already sent and full desciption at day of consignment.

EVERYONE REPORT TO ACCC FOR THIER INVESTIGATIONS AS THEY CHECK ALL TRUST PILOT REVIEWS AND SEE THE THE 1 STARTS 40% REVIEWS WITH SAME ISSUES OVER AND OVER AND EVIDEMCES OF MISLEAD AVD ON WEBSITE AND INSTA WITH TOTAL DIFFERENT PROMISES THAT DO NOT DELIVER AS WELL AS SERVICE VERY BAD IN DELIVERY TIME TOO, TYPE AND LOW QUALITY.

THEY SENT A WOODEN " GIFT" THAT HAS SPLITLNTERS AND DIRTY, NOT A GIFT, WASTE OF MATERIAL AND SPACE AS GARBADGE LOW QUALITY.

The cooking experience has been great. Performs as described. Very pleased with the pan.

It is a beautiful frypan- but the lid doesn’t fit - too big. Customer service contacted me & worked out a solution.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I bought a set of these pans for my wife on mother's day and she wanted another set. Within an hour I processed a cancelation then proceed to order another set right away as I didn't want my wife to wait for the present. Not only did they not cancel my order because they were not working over the weekend. They expect the return to be processed after shipping and the sent back. With me fronting the shipment back then the process would be initiated. Looking at the reviews I can see their policy is extremely predatory and can be considered as false advertising. I am considering starting a class action with all the other people who are reviewing this company. Let me know if anyone is interested as this kind of false advertising should not be allowed online.

Looking at the website I had a question so I contacted the company to get an answer, I was surprised by how quickly I got an answer. They didn’t give just a short script answer but really made me feel like they were happy to talk with a potential buyer. I plan on buying a frying pan now that I have the answer I was looking for.

Great to know no chemicals are being released into our food when cooking with this pan!

I've bought two of these pans but both stick constantly. I'm extremely disappointed and would advise against anyone buying them.I've followed the tips and guidelines for use and have had very mixed results. They look nice but totally unsuitable for frying most things- eggs are not good. I've had the same omelette breakfast for about five years pretty much daily so I know how to cook them. I've done the water test and slow warm up. Oil in before any heat and everything else. I put in a claim for return and refund and was dealt with by Hannah who was quick to reply and polite but I knew for the start this would be a rejection (on the grounds of hygiene of all things..) Do yourself a favour by reading the other reviews prior to spending your money on these.

My order shipped in two different packages and arrived on different days, but, originally, I only received one tracking number. I reached out to support late one night (around 10PM) after receiving my first package, and they got back to me by midnight with the second tracking number! The customer support was impeccable, and they assured me that the rest of my order was on the way. I received my whole order within a few business days after ordering, and I love on the East Coast USA.

The titanium pans themselves have exceeded my every expectation! When heated properly and oiled as instructed, the pans are effortlessly non-stick and they cooked my food perfectly. It's amazing to be able to cook high end meals at home without having to spend top dollar at a fancy restaurant! The pans are easy to clean, are very durably made, and they look very high-end.

The titanium utensils are a nice addition to my kitchen as well. They even sent me a beautiful, free, cherry-wood trivet to protect my countertops. 10/10 would recommend Siraats cookware!! I will be ordering some more items for my kitchen in the near future. Thank you, Siraats!

P.S. anyone stating these pans are not what they are advertised to be, did not read the description! There is no non-stick coatings, making them a great non-toxic option for cooking. However, when used as directed, your food will NOT stick to the pan. If you read this far, thank you, and do not hesitate to get your own cookware from Siraats!

The pan is gorgeous, delivery took a little longer than I expected but when I sent an email the team fixed it quickly and it was delivered the next day!

What an awful company this is. Firstly I was given the wrong order number to track this order, when finally I had the right order number I was able to track the order supposedly shipped by Royal Mail. The only posted tracking info for this by Royal Mail was on Sunday 3rd May which stated they were waiting for it from Siraat. No further updates have been posted so I presume that Siraat have not sent my order as stated. They quote delivery time of being 6-10 Calendar days which has now passed. I have contacted them via email as there is no telephone number available to ask for a refund [surprise surprise]. Not surprisingly I have not had a reply.I suspect I shall have to contact my credit card provider to make a chargeback in order to get my money back.
UPDATE 16th May
I am now in receipt of the frying pan. I have been offered 10% refund as a goodwill gesture which I have accepted, however after having used the so called Titanium Non Stick pan I wish I hadn't bothered ordering in the first place because Non Stick this pan definitely isn't. I am so fed up with it I have bought a £20 Tefal pan to replace it and boy what a difference. I shall have to throw the Siraat pan away and put it down to experience. Buyer beware.

I found a mark on my frypan and Angelo responded to my email and offered a solution straight away.

If I could give a 0 star review I would! The product, the customer service and the refund policy, All sucked! Not only did the product not live up to the advertising of "non-stick" the items literally stuck and burned to the pan. We followed the instructions verbatim, several times I might ad and our food still stuck. We reached out to the company to return the product and they offered us a 25% refund, preposterous! Nowhere on their website does it indicate that you will not be fully refunded, nor does it say anything about the alleged warehouse policy about not being able to take back the used product. After days of back and forth emails, with none escalating to a manager as requested all they would refund me was 60% of my money! They didn't want their crappy pan back, goes to show you. Disgusting, Run, Run, Run! Get your titanium pan from another distributor.
CONSUMER BEWARE!!! BORDERLINE FRADULENT, THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR POLICY!

Item arrived within the estimated delivery duration. The pan lived up to advertised hype and exceeded my expectations in far as the non-stick properties go and how well it sears the protein (in my case diced chicken breast).
The utensils I also purchased are light, strong and well proportioned.

I order the large skillet and so far im impressed. Good quality.
