What an awful company this is. Firstly I was given the wrong order number to track this order, when finally I had the right order number I was able to track the order supposedly shipped by Royal Mail. The only posted tracking info for this by Royal Mail was on Sunday 3rd May which stated they were waiting for it from Siraat. No further updates have been posted so I presume that Siraat have not sent my order as stated. They quote delivery time of being 6-10 Calendar days which has now passed. I have contacted them via email as there is no telephone number available to ask for a refund [surprise surprise]. Not surprisingly I have not had a reply.I suspect I shall have to contact my credit card provider to make a chargeback in order to get my money back.
UPDATE 16th May
I am now in receipt of the frying pan. I have been offered 10% refund as a goodwill gesture which I have accepted, however after having used the so called Titanium Non Stick pan I wish I hadn't bothered ordering in the first place because Non Stick this pan definitely isn't. I am so fed up with it I have bought a £20 Tefal pan to replace it and boy what a difference. I shall have to throw the Siraat pan away and put it down to experience. Buyer beware.

If I could give a 0 star review I would! The product, the customer service and the refund policy, All sucked! Not only did the product not live up to the advertising of "non-stick" the items literally stuck and burned to the pan. We followed the instructions verbatim, several times I might ad and our food still stuck. We reached out to the company to return the product and they offered us a 25% refund, preposterous! Nowhere on their website does it indicate that you will not be fully refunded, nor does it say anything about the alleged warehouse policy about not being able to take back the used product. After days of back and forth emails, with none escalating to a manager as requested all they would refund me was 60% of my money! They didn't want their crappy pan back, goes to show you. Disgusting, Run, Run, Run! Get your titanium pan from another distributor.

Item arrived within the estimated delivery duration. The pan lived up to advertised hype and exceeded my expectations in far as the non-stick properties go and how well it sears the protein (in my case diced chicken breast).
The utensils I also purchased are light, strong and well proportioned.

I order the large skillet and so far im impressed. Good quality.

This company is new to me but my experience so far has been excellent - they respond immediately to requests/questions and go out of their way to please their customers. I am happy to be a new customer of theirs!

Very good marketing for a very poor product. From a family that cooks at least 3/4 meals a day, this pan was such a let down. You have to use copious amounts of oil just to cook eggs and they still get stuck, smokes badly when you cook steaks. Looks amazing fresh out of the box but might as well be a chocolate tea pot!

This is NOT non-stick. I performed the water droplet test. But whatever I cooked stuck to the pan like glue. At any heat. The bottom of the pan is also very thin. I cooked scrambled eggs, and it was a total nightmare. Sausages- same nightmare. I wrote to the Co after having tried the frying-pan for 4 days. I keep getting the same generic emails telling me to keep trying. I bought this pan in good faith, but beware, it is NOT non-stick. It might be titanium, but at that cost, I bought a small pan for 107.10, I want a pan that I don't need to worry about food sticking. I have contacted my bank and a company in the Netherlands, because I have the right to return a pan that is not performing as advertised. Just be careful. If you need a NON-STICK, straightforward pan, buy Hexclad pans. I hope the customer service returns my money.

The delivery was quite slow as I think these days we expect orders to arrive in a couple of days not a couple of weeks.
The company responded very quickly to resolve an issue with the pan.

Tried the Siraat pan after my chef friend told me he personally uses it in his kitchen. I had actually bought a no-brand titanium pan from China on Amazon before, so I honestly thought this might be another scam.

But it’s real titanium.

I ordered their deep pan and wok pan too, and I love the quality.

Firstly, I was a bit sceptical given the mixed reviews, but I wanted to find some pans not smothered in plastic coatings so I figured I’d give them a go.
My pans arrived within a couple of weeks, I also had an update in that time about shipping etc.
Pans arrived well packaged and looked super shiny and I couldn’t wait to start using them. They come with a tiny booklet of how to use them properly, 3 simple steps, so I follow them every time and I’m very happy with the pans and how well they cook. The only thing that’s slightly tricky is fried eggs, but I’ve improved and am now happy with how they are turning out and without too much oil. They clean amazingly well!!! Be sure to follow the directions and let them cool first, then they take hardly any scrubbing at all. I’ve cooked steaks, chicken, bacon, eggs, chilli’s, stir fry’s , curry and sweet and sour and I’m delighted with all of them.
I did have an issue, but I sent some photos to customer service and there was no quibble, sorted my issue straight away and with no fuss, thank you Angelo.
I am personally very happy with my purchases, I got a big pan and a small pan and I find them equally excellent and look forward to many years of use.

While the delivery time was longer than I would normally expect or prefer (two weeks), so far it was worth the wait. The frying pan is as advertised; it is well made, durable, attractive and the heat conduction is terrific. Cleaning up is a breeze; at least as easy as a teflon pan without the chemicals. The customer service team has been extremely responsive and helpful thus far.

Top product, top after sales service!!

I had an issue with my order after ordering the wrong item, but the customer service team (Hannah) handled it excellently from start to finish. They responded quickly, were polite and understanding, and made the cancellation process completely stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about resolving problems efficiently and professionally. Mistakes can happen, but great customer service makes all the difference and this team definitely delivered. Highly recommended!

This pan was the size and shape I needed. I followed the heating instructions, and it worked exactly as advertised. With all of the negative reviews, my expectations were lowered. Some people need to be negative, I’m thrilled with my 12” skillet and look forward to getting to know it better.

Very happy with Siraat customer service! Super quick response and they replaced a slightly defective pan the next day! Very happy with the product. An excellent non toxic pan that’s easy to clean!

The problem is that on their website, they have a picture of the pans and a measurement guide that is completely inaccurate. We received pans of the wrong size and contacted support, which was not helpful at all. They are smarmy, cheap salespeople who are instructed to dismiss any complaints. Even after the two weeks it took them to respond, they tried to dispute their incorrect measurement depiction, even though I had previously sent a screenshot from their website and a picture of me measuring the pans. It’s now been four months, and still nothing. Also, the pan isn’t even pure titanium, it’s stainless steel. I really, really regret my purchase.
