Communicating with the company, they were very responsive. When my frying pan arrived, it was packed beautifully and using it, was such a pleasure. Nothing stuck to the pan, despite very little oil. I love it and would recommend it.

Good product & customer service
I bought this pan because I was tired of wasting money on pans that dont last.
Had it for a couple of weeks now, it does perform well but it's not 100% non-stick. you do need to use some oil or butter to help the non-stick performance. Aside from that the customer service team has been great in responding to my emails and following up with the delivery of the product. would definitely recommend.

Doesn’t live up to the hype
I was super excited to receive my pans. I invested my Christmas money as a middle age treat, deciding on this company after weighing up the marketing of Siraat kitchen and two competitors. Siraat kitchen won out with great marketing and promise. Unfortunately the pans have not lived up to the hype. I follow the instructions to the letter and each time I use them I’m equally disappointed, frustrated and flummoxed. I just don’t understand - everything sticks. Everything burns. And yet nothing cooks. Ugh.

Excellent pans.
Easy ordering and payment system.
Communication is good. Delivery is maybe a little slow but then it does come a distance. Packaging is second to none. Absolutely brilliant.
The pans themselves are so strong and very comfortable to use. I wish I had known about them years earlier. 100% worth the wait. I have 2 different sizes and will most likely purchase more in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Great quality product and customer experience
I ordered Titanium Cutting Board and their shipping vendor had some issues with their system not showing the accurate information. Misleading marketing, cancellation refused, and “free returns” not actually free
My experience with Siraat Kitchen has been deeply disappointing.
I requested cancellation within a couple of hours of ordering, only to be told the window is strictly one hour and my order had already entered fulfilment to ensure swift processing. That explanation sits oddly with the fact that delivery still took 10 days.
The product marketing also feels misleading. The pan was headlined as "100% pure titanium", but the specification quietly clarifies that only a thin cooking surface is titanium, the rest is multi-layer construction. The "naturally non-stick performance" claim is also questionable; titanium is not inherently non-stick. For these reasons I chose to cancel the order.
Look at all the 4 and 5 star one line reviews! Those don't look genuine!
Most frustratingly, the website prominently advertises free returns, yet when I initiated a return I had to pay $14.95 USD. That directly contradicts the 'FREE RETURNS' displayed at the top of the site.
I had to provide photos of the pan and lid as part of the return, even though I've not opened the package and assuming I eventually get a refund, that's going to take another 5-10 business days.
This experience has cost me time, money, and effort. I will not be buying from this company again.

Tracking my order was non existent. I am an extremely good cook. I do so every day. This pan is junk. Trying to contact this sham company is a joke and i plan on reporting Siraat to the BBB.
