I purchased the Titanium Hammered Complete Edition Bundle, the Mini 7.8” Deep Pan Pro, the Stainless Steel 11” Lid, the Titanium Utensil Set Bundle and the Titanium Cutting Board. Prepping before use was simple and exciting. I was very impressed with the outcome of my first experience. I prepared my meal non-stick with a great taste. Cleanup was a breeze. I allowed the skillet to cool and I was able to rinse without soap, using only a soft towel and warm water to clean. The best part is I no longer have to worry about harmful toxins. I am so impressed with my purchase that I have shared my experience with others to experience and join the SiraatsKitchen family of satisfied purchasers.

Everything I cook in the pan sticks. It was also difficult to clean. The pan did not perform as described on the website. Getting a refund required over 6 emails with "customer service agent" (likely an AI chatbot) trying to negotiate 25%, 35%, 70% partial refund, which I refused. It was not until I requested 3 times for the return to be escalated to a supervisor that I finally got a full refund.

Beware it s a scam
Beware it s a scam - The pans are not of a good quality especially given the price. I spent 280 euros for two pans (28 and 30 cm) and both revealed to be way below standard and underperforming compared to what was advertised. They recommend an impractical and rather inconvenient process for use and non stick performance ( pre- heat - add water then cooking oil - and then finally cook), which - however- doesn’t guarantee non stick. In fact it doesn’t work! What is most frustrating is that their return policy is conditional on the customer demonstrating that the pans are defective. They asked for pictures twice and then they were not satisfied and started asking for a video essentially trying to avoid the return and refund. Nowadays, when most online purchases allow for free return, this is just ridiculously fraudulent. On top of that they don’t disclose where the pans are manufactured. Terrible experience.

Quality not only in pans.
We recently (in Jan) ordered a complete set of Siraat's cookware and were very pleased with the quality of the material. Unfortunately, I landed in the hospital and we could not use all of the various pans until this month. We found that the Crêpe Pan Prodid notsit flat on our induction stove and that the handle was not assecure as it should have been.
A quick Email to the service support, a return mail requestion pictures/videos, sent that back and received a very nice mail stating that the replacement pan was underway.
It’s nice to find a company that honors their promises, and with a commitment to keep the customer satisfied.
One additional note, we put a pan in the dishwasher for the first time yesterday, up until now, we only washed by hand, and it came out absolutely beautifully.

Communicating with the company, they were very responsive. When my frying pan arrived, it was packed beautifully and using it, was such a pleasure. Nothing stuck to the pan, despite very little oil. I love it and would recommend it.

Good product & customer service
I bought this pan because I was tired of wasting money on pans that dont last.
Had it for a couple of weeks now, it does perform well but it's not 100% non-stick. you do need to use some oil or butter to help the non-stick performance. Aside from that the customer service team has been great in responding to my emails and following up with the delivery of the product. would definitely recommend.
