I got SiriusXM when I bought my Ford…

I got SiriusXM when I bought my Ford Fusion. I love the music and news especially CNN and Queens of R&B, Heart and Soul, and Flow. It was free for about 6 months and my upcoming bill of $30 was pending on September 6, 2024. I have been cutting back on my bills and was going to cancel but SiriusXM came back with a deal I couldn't refuse. 12 months for $5.24 then back to $25. SiriusXM you've got a customer for life

Postal Mail Scam

This company contacted me by postal mail with an ad to sign up. I never signed up for their service or even heard of the company. I went to the website to request to be removed from their marketing lists and they only had a phone number and chat available. Every time I called they asked for my account number or phone number on the account with no other option. Then I tried the chat, which was my worst support experience of all time. They kept on insisting that I accidentally signed up, which was ludicrous since it was an ad to sign up. The chat support refused to help me other then telling me to fill out a form for a different country than the one I live in or to call the number that has no option for non-customer people to unsubscribe. This company should be avoided at all costs—> use something else!

Confusing rate structure

Confusing rate structure. Pay almost 3 times more than the advertised rate for new and returning customers. I didn't see all the "specials offered page". I'm a returning customer and happy with the service but still, I feel tricked. I wish I had known not all stations and content available in your car.

The rating should be a 0

The rating should be a 0. I was on the line for over 40-minutes with someone reading a script about how I should not cancel the service. It was ridiculous!! I finally gave in and took the streaming since I can't get it in my car. It was either that or not cancel my service. They have you over a barrell. They have your account number and will continue to bill until it is canceled and of course they will not cancel it.

If I could give zero if I could

If I could give zero if I could. 50 minutes on the phone with a bunch of people reading from a script. Worse than car salesmen. Send me from one person to another to get a decent rate. Cant understand a word they say, then have to talk to supervisor, then he has to talk to his supervisor. Rate went from 36 dollars a month to 10 a month. Have to go through living hell to get the bottom line rate. I hate this company. They are dishonest and play games. If I didn't travel so much I would cancel. They have the worst customer service ever!!!!

worst services seriously i tried to chat to some one with facebook to explain some of the issues i was having do to the logging issues saying not like valid to be able to login since most of the time it won't recognized my email login issues saying not existed i tried to tell them this happen to me even though i never used there services at all and these services are seriously plain rude i am suppose only pay $9.24 but now they are charging more without no reason i should had least until end of Nov 2020 to be able to pay since i just barely recieved this bill just day ago just gives me couple days this isn't correct so when i went back on they are charging me $22.94 what the heck i just talked to some one on SirusXM and seriously very disappointment in there the only way i can pay if i click on the link on gmail even if i tried they just keep adding more money to charge even when i sign up awhile back long ago i used a Prepaid Gift Card but i never actually used there app or listen to any radio all i was doing it was credit once the credit was gone it shoud'em been automatically cancel subscription so they are charging old prepaid gift card but putting negative balance on my profile even though i only owe them only $9.24 so there system is Corruption not functioning correction SirusXM needs to look into this

I signed up to receive HD satellite…

I signed up to receive HD satellite radio reception when I purchased my new GM automobile. They had an introductory offer of $5 a month which seemed reasonable as I only listen when I am in my car. I was able to renew at this rate after 6 months without problems. However when the second term expired, I got a bill for $120 a month. I talked to their customer service via chat line and explained my limited use. They jerked me around. Finally I terminated my account out of frustration. Since then they have offered me the original rate, but I refuse to use their service and will continue to listen to free FM on my car radio
