Worst online store ever. Ordered a silver sequin skirt. To start with it was nothing that was show on their page, it was white instead of silver, poorly made and sizing is totally wrong.
Do not buy anything from this store. They should be shamed of themselves.

So unfortunate that I had to give a star just to post the review. this company deserves less than zero stars. They are the worst such a scam. I ordered a skirt they sent it to me. Two sizes. Smaller than I ordered. Offered to give me 10% of my money back. I find this to be absolute robbery don’t ever shop with them then they want to blame everybody but themselves for the error.

Would give them no stars if I could. They have sent me the wrong items - they bear no resemblance to the items ordered. Plus the quality is SHOCKINGLY POOR.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. They sent me the wrong skirt in a different size than I ordered, and now they are only offering a 10% or 20% refund for me to wear and item that isn’t what I ordered and not even my size, or a 40% voucher for a future purchase. There will not be a future purchase and I can kiss my $55 goodbye… do yourself a favor and resist the urge to order from them.

I ordered a dress it was way 2 small when I receive it send an email to see what's the return policy

I prdered my usual US size, and the dress was so tight I could barely get it over my shoulders. I have contacted their customer service to hopefully get an exchange. We'll see what happens.

Scam company the dress advertised was a far cry from the shabby looking thing that arrived. They will only offer me a 30% refund if I could upload the pics I would. Absolutely scandalous.

Dress received was a poor quality copy of the dress advertised. The skirt doesnt wrap around & Sischarme advises i wear a pair of shorts to cover my underwear! They are offering a partial refund which is unacceptable as the dress is unwearable.

Orderd a Dress which came as a skirt and top.
UK Size 14 skirt is actually UK Size 8.
Top is larger than UK Size 14

No reply to emails.
Cannot return

Shockingly bad service. Followed sizing instructions but skirt was way too small and top was huge. Offered 10% money back or 40% off future purchase. Was told it was cost £20-£25 to return. Now ignoring all emails and deleting my comments on Facebook page!!

I received different color, it's not a dress its shirts and pants, terrible quality, want my refund, wrote like 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything...its amazing how they can get away with this...

This is not a dress, it’s a skirt and a top.
I messaged for advice and was told the dress went over the head, had an elasticated waist. It’s a skirt - length 54”, waist 29” for a 2XL. The top is very large. It was delivered by evri, but they don’t accept their returns and I cannot find a return address. I would advise not ordering from this site. I will of course amend this review if I receive a refund for “dress” and postage - as I feel I asked enough questions and was musled

Wrong colour dress arrived, poor quality (pretty sure it wouldn’t pass fire safety tests. When I eventually got a response they asked me for photo proof it was the wrong design then gave me 2 options -
1. Keep the dress and get a 10% discount
2. Keep the dress and get a voucher for 40% off next purchase
