Excellent customer service
I've purchased several items of jewellery from Sisi Copenhagen, both as gifts, as well as for personal use. They have a great range of designs in both gold and silver, and the items always arrive quickly. When my latest purchase arrived, unfortunately one of the earrings was damaged, however they replaced it immediately at no additional cost, which was greatly appreciated.

The delivery was fast and packaging was really sweet! (5 of 5). Although I'm not satisfied with the quality of the earrings (the necklace I bought is good though). The general feel and shinyness of them don't feel durable at all (which I'm expecting when buying jewelery in silver). And I was correct, I just used the silver earrings 3 times and then dropped one earing (the clasp is not so safe) and the earring got ugly marks straight away. I won't be ordering again because of the quality and general feel of these items.

We are obviously very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the earrings you got from us. We could have hoped you had contacted us directly - we always strive to resolve any issues/complaints in a fair manner! (Which might be reflected in our overall Trustpilot score)
We recognise that the clasp locking mechanism on the specific earring design you bought is quite delicate, and we are sorry to hear that the pair you got might have been faulty. If you contact our customer support, i'm sure we can help find a solution for you.
In regards to your critique regarding the 'general feel' and 'shinyness', we are a curious to understand more specifically what your experience/feedback is? The earrings are made from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, made in a hollow cast to reduce weight stress on the ear tip and reduce material use. The items are fine polished and inspected for any scratches or similar before shipped off.
The earrings are (like any silver exposed to humidity and air) prone to oxidation over time. This is absolutely natural, and to be expected. The ugly marks you are referring to might be caused by that? There are a few (simple) tricks to care for silver jewelry.
