looking into this sort of thing can be really stressful and in some ways embarrassing, however none of that was felt when dealing with wasim, he was fantastic, calming, welcoming. He was really polite, explained everything in clear detail, if he said or did something I didn’t understand he was more then happy to answer any question with clear answers, he’s honesty made a really awful time, wonderful and stress free, those sleepless nights are becoming less and less
