Having dealt with Steven for a few years I know that I can rely on him for a good and fair deal.
My only complaint is the current exchange rate from Australian to U.S. dollars, which you cannot control.

Deceptive home poage
The home page shows a CPAP mask. Below that mask it says "MONEY BACK 100%". I am assuming that a large part of your business is selling masks and replaceable items. I would not be surprised if that accounted for the majority of your sales. So that being the case, why show pictures of these items next to your "MONEY BACK 100%" policy if that policy does not apply to those items? This seems to be there to mislead rather than inform.

Our return policy is on EACH listing and separately in our "returns and refunds" section. Sorry, but we do not accept used masks. Moreover, in this particular case, the manufacturer advised us to refer customers who want to return masks to them so they can assist them. If the customer is unhappy they want to take care of the customer. I politely asked the customer to contact them as this is how they want us to handle their returns.
See, while Home Depot offers returns on its products, you cannot return used gas-powered pressure washers, for example. In case of problems, Home Depot refers customers to the manufacturer. The same thing is with the mask customer purchased.

Reliable source for supplies
We are regular customers. They have a reliable inventory and provide quick and friendly service. Twice they have called to make sure shipping arrangements were right when usps couldn’t find the address in the system. Extra steps like that give us peace about having a long term reliable supplier for replacement parts.
