Beaufort Sisters = SCAM

This should be ZERO stars don’t buy from this name, it’s a scam! Quality is terrible and they won’t give you your money back. They tell you the return is overseas but the return address on package is New York (warehouse I'm sure). They offer you a 10% refund to keep the product (in my case shoes) which are like cardboard material and are supposed to be orthopedic loafers!

I will no longer use my SHOP app again either. They won’t help you like Amazon does .If I could give this a zero stars I…

If I could give this a zero stars I would.
In their add it shows Delaware. They will not give you a full refund and you have to ship to China. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the loafers I ordered. They don’t fit and I bought a bigger size. They hurt my feet. Out of $107.91 they are telling me they will only give me back $32.37!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

UNABLE TO ANSWER A STRAIGHTFORWARD QUESTION!!

When I asked what type of fibres the Revival Sale jumpers are, the response was "soft, knit-like fibers". I asked whether the fibre is wool or acrylic or other fibres. The lack of a specific answer and the mis-spelled word 'fibers' is typical of a fraudulent business. This is NOT AN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS as you are lead to believe. Do not trust this business. Do not buy from them.

No refund option

The shoes I ordered were two sizes too small and did not match the description. There is a return policy online that states they will accept returns though the customer will pay the shipping fee. This is NOT true. The customer support person offers you a 10% monetary return and keep the item that doesn't fit. When I told them that was theft, they upped the refund to 20% or store credit. Unacceptable that a store sells online without a valid return policy. I reported them to consumer protection in Delaware. Don't buy from this company.

Review should be Zero

Review should be Zero! Product is inferior. Not true to size and cheaply made. Returns are to China not in U.S. or Charleston. They offered to return 10% of my money to not return the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS!

Beware of clothing ads by the Beaufort…

Beware of clothing ads by the Beaufort Sisters Charleston. They say returns are easy but the link on their site is broken and you have to explain to a third party why you want to make a return in order to get a link to do so. I am waiting for the link. Also, it appears that buyers cannot get a full refund. Something about the clothes being made in Asia. It’s absurd and seems like gouging.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I ordered 2 bras in what I would call Australian sizing and what I received wouldn’t fit a 12 year old and I am a size 12!
They have refused my request for a refund.

Persistence on credit claim paid off

I would give it a zero - total scam - I complained to my bank and visa and they credited my account I believe based on the fact that you had to pay so much for the shipping and customs to send the items back for a refund without any assurance that your account would be credited for the original purchase. For mine they used Anderson Vancouver a fake store but they have set up many other fake stores - persistence paid off here

I wish I'd checked first

I wish I'd checked first - advertised beautiful flowy floral dress, received a thick t-shirt material frumpy dress that was nothing like the photo. Return costs are the same as what I paid, so not worth sending back. They advertised themselves as an Australian company, but it's drop-shipped from China. And now when I look for them they are American and closing down? Absolute scam.

Warning - avoid like the plague

Warning! Scam site. Not Australian. I bought a cotton boho dress for $57. It was not as advertised and 3 sizes too small! I found it on Temu for $12. It came from Yanwen, a Chinese distrubition centre and is no Australian made. Absolutely a Chinese scam. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive

Sisters Cairns Boutique is a Chinese scam

This company is a Chinese scam. I stupidly ordered thinking an Australian company in Cairns. The clothing looks NOTHING like what like what the models wore. Shoddily made, colours not matching what was advertised, garments much too tight & short in the body, even though I ordered a size larger. Difficult to return as postage to China is so expensive & they insist that if you want to return it has to be at your expense. I have opened a case with PayPal & will hopefully get my refund.

Misleading as Australian site

Advertised products as Cotton & breathable clothing, the items were polyester, non cotton. Now when I ask for refund this company wants me to send to China. The site presents as Australian site etc..which it obviously is not as the products are shipped or returned to Aisa/ China...to me this is false advertising, misrepresentation...
All the clothing was polyester and a big disappointment..

BEWARE THEY ARE A CHINESE ONLINE STORE…

BEWARE THEY ARE A CHINESE ONLINE STORE FALSLY ADVERTISING AS AN AUSTRALIAN BOUTIQUE IN CAIRNS!!!!!!!
The 2 dresses I purchased are the most cheapest pieces of material sewn into a shapeless style that I have ever purchased. Absolutely nothing like the advertised product.
They were not made in Australia Cairns by a boutique established in Cairns. They are Chinese made with some sort of cheap material, using an overlocker machine.
I am now in the process of trying to get a refund.

No products or communication.

Ordering from this company is genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. My items did not arrive and there was absolutely no communication. All emails and messages to Customer Service were simply ignored while the company continue to release range after rage without fulfilling the orders they had already taken. Eventually I approached my bank who refunded my money through a chargeback.

I strongly suggest not wasting your money.

The sweatpants and hoodie ordered 2 weeks before Valentine's Day 2021 for my granddaughter, finally arrived in mid-March. The quality was beyond awful. The fabric was disgusting to the feel. It wasn't made of any material I've ever experienced before. Not only didn't it feel good against the skin, but it also wasn't breathable or absorbable. My 11-year-old granddaughter said she wouldn't wear them. Basically, I wasted more than $100 on this crap.
