DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "BUSINESS". My experience, similar to everyone else's, has been horrible. No response from their "customer service". No merchandise. Ended up claiming fraud with my bank because I never received my orders and never received a response from anyone. Just don't order from here.

Terrible

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We received our package today for our daughter after ordering set before thanksgiving and what we thought would be cotton since it’s a sweat set came in poly. It has a weird sheen to it. Also drawcord isn’t even matching (sweatshirt in black and bottom in white). Never again. Hoping to hear back from customer service.

Charge but no item!

The company charged my card, but never responded to emails about where my items were. Now I am still waiting but will dispute the charge with my CC company.

worst quality ever

The quality of the sweatshirt is awful most of all the shape of it, its a bubble. This sweatshirt is something you could buy at Walmart for $10 and iron on the logo. Cotton quality is horrible.

I ordered a hoodie

I ordered a hoodie, but i could not track it,on the website it said I never ordered anything. My bank statement said otherwise.
I received my hoodie in the mail, right after I sent an email to customer service. They in return sent me an email stating that my order number isn't real. And it is a false company I ordered from.

Just don't bother or you'll regret it!!!!

Ordered and paid but goods never received. UPS online tracker stopped at import point to UK and they couldn't find it so told me it was lost. Tried and tried to log claim but tracking number supplied not being recognised by anyone not even UPS!!! Eventually, after many, many emails and phone calls it was confirmed by Royal Mail that the goods were located eventually, but returned to sender. The TERRIBLE customer service at Sisters Apparel KEEP insisting they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, when I KEEP telling them it's being returned to them and I'd just like a refund of my 13 year old daughter's hard earned pocket-money as it was her order and she paid for it!
I've pretty much given up now and marked it as a learning experience, but I really wish I'd read the reviews on their website before ordering, as it seems 99.9% of all customers have had similar, or worse, experiences with no resolution from Sisters Apparel. My rookie mistake, but in my defense I'm far to trusting!!!
Go to the website and read the reviews for yourself..... Please!!!
