Very good and friendly support
i switched from reseller club bcz of poor support and issue with hosting on daily bases. here its all smooth plus customer support is awesome

I have been using SiteCountry hosting for a year now, and I’d like to share my honest experience. Almost every week, 4 to 5 times, all of my hosted websites go down without any notice. When I reach out to live support, they talk for a few minutes and then tell me to raise a support ticket. Once the ticket is raised, no one replies for days.

You keep waiting, hoping that someone will respond and solve your issue — but it never happens. Sometimes you wait for 1 to 2 days without any proper response or resolution. If you again try to talk to live support, they will just apologize and say “Your issue will be resolved soon,” but nothing actually happens.

If you are planning to take their hosting just because it's cheaper, you can go ahead, but never expect good support from them. Their service is unreliable, and customer care is extremely poor. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend SiteCountry to anyone looking for reliable hosting and proper support.

lakin site kab band rahegi vo koi bharosa nhi hai mahine me 3-4 bar to pakka hai usase kae guna apka revanue me loss ho jayega aur site ki band baja denge

baki apke hosting ko average man sakta hu lakin support system ko aur bahatar karde to jyada achha rahega

aur jo live chat me banda bhaitha rahata hai usko bhi kucch gyan ho jaye to jyada achha rahega vo pura bewkuf inshan hai chhoti si problem ka ticket bharwata hai
