Responsive customer service
I bought an "open box" saddle chair from this website. The first shipment through UPS was lost by the courier and SitHealthier eventually sent a replacement chair, which was actually a brand new chair (not open box). The replacement chair arrived very quickly. The only downside was that the wheels did not match the ones in the original order (which were the fancier inline wheels). Overall, customer service was very responsive and I would try this website again in the future.
