Great Handheld stick vacuum cleaner

Great Handheld stick vacuum cleaner! Had never heard of sixpad, but read the reviews and recommendations and decided as I'd tried vax, Dyson,shark etc in the past to give this a go. Glad I did! Ordering and delivery great, price great, putting the vacuum cleaner together easy, very light, so easy to use attachments, straight forward emptying, easy to operate and great cleaning. All in all i'm very pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase. Would recommend.

Genuinely happy with Sixpad experience.

I have had my Sixpad for around 6 months and am really happy with it. It is lightweight, easy to use and works in my house just brilliantly. I recently contacted Customer care and had excellent email responses from the company who helped and replaced a part with delivery within a couple of days. I am so impressed. Although I don't consider it a heavy duty machine that is not what you are paying for and it does a very good job on keeping the house dust free and the dog hairs away. It gets under chairs and cabinets and beds with the bendy arm. Yes you have to spend time emptying the chamber, but thats the same with any cylinder cleaner - honest it does my 4 bed house in the countryside just fine. I would purchase again and have recommended to my family who live in London, in flats in which the criteria of a lightweight and efficient machine with easy to store features is optimum.
I know this may all sound a bit too glowing but I am very happy with my Sixpad experience.

I love this Vaccum

I love this Vaccum. I bought it last year and its been brilliant, I had an issue with a clip so I emailed Customer service and they got back to me within the hour and a week later all is solved, they sent me a new one. I'm telling you, their customer service is second to none and they csnt help you enough. Its a brilliant vaccum and makes hoovering so much more pleasant 😃. Its easy to clean, love the bendy bit so you can get under things, not loud, nice colour, lightweight. Buy it if youre in the market for one and support a small company too

Excellent Customer Service

We purchased the SIXPAD S80 a year ago and it has been a faultless vacuum cleaner, just as good as many of the expensive better known brands. We recently had a fault with the brush head adaptor. SIXPAD immediately replied to my email and provided a replacement part free of charge.
Excellent customer service throughout, provided shipping progress updates and thanking me for my patience and understanding.

Pipe splitting impacts cleaning

Like other cleaners I have used the flexi pipe in the motorised head has split almost in half and will only now vacuum in the upright position. Didn’t last long at all. Cannot find replacement parts so will end up in the bin..

Wow!

Wow, i was undecided about ordering this vacuum cleaner but I am so pleased I did. Delivery was within 5 days of my order being placed. Very simple to put together and a charged battery so I could crack on straight away. I have 14 cats, and this cleaner has certainly lived up to my hopes, my rugs are looking great! Best spend I've done in a long while. Thank you

I love my vacuum

I love my vacuum it's light easy to use as I have arthritis and OAP. The customer service is brilliant, very friendly, polite, I ordered new parts came very quickly no fuss.

Buy DYSON!

Item NOT AS DESCRIBED! Cheap attachments, sporadic suction (regardless of suction setting) requiring repetitive action over areas, floor attachment that lifts requiring constant repositioning in order to be flat with surface, rear wheel guide that makes manoeuvring difficult and dirt chamber that requires double action for detachment and emptying equating to breakable attachment components overvtime.
SIXPAD openly offer a 14 day trial period, however company will delay and obstruct refund and return process by sending numerous emails to delay time over 14 day period in order to not honour returns.
Australian Company?
Device made and shipped from China! Just another online shopping wrought where an Australian distributor knows little of the cheap product they flog.

not strong enough to empty

When the product arrived I was very happy with how easy it was to assemble. It collects dirt/dust brilliantly and i was very happy . Unfortunately I find it very difficult to empty in fact I cannot do this at all. I find the button so close to the "bin" that I physically do not have the strength to press the button and pull the tube away in order to empty. My daughter visits me once a week and we have to both do this together which is unfortunate as I need to empty the bin twice or three times a week which means I cannot use the the product in the meantime. I am quite a strong person but obviously not strong enough to do this on my own. I dont know if this is happening to anyone else or if someone could advise me of an easier way to do but I would be grateful if someone knows an easier way. Apart from this I do love how light this is and it picks up well.

Dont trust the fake reviews

Poor suction, cheap manufacturing, customer service who won't accept the item back.. had to get PayPal involved. Fake reviews etc etc.. avoid at all costs.
I would also add that 6Pad asked me to consider re-writing my review prior to them refunding my purchase amount.

I've a couple of things go wrong witth…

I've a couple of things go wrong witth my vacuum cleaner. However I contacted customer services and I had new parts promptly delivered. No messing. Other companies ought to take note, as Sixpad customer services are brilliant.

Sixpad customer services

The Sixpad vacuum is clearly an excellent product. However a family member bought one in error, as it was not suitable for her particular disabilities.
We had to seek customer services help in returning the vacuum and I must say how very helpful, understanding and supportive Sixpad’s customer services were. I was worried there was no phone supported, but all sorted amicably via email.

Moves from my hardwood to the living…

Moves from my hardwood to the living room rug with zero issues. Suction on this vacuum holds up nicely on both. I can get the entire flat done on a single charge which is exactly what I needed.
