Poor service item arrived 3 weeks late and no response on email

I like the beige shacket. I think it would be nicer if it was less oversized on the sides (it takes oversized to the next level. I bought a medium, swapped it to a small). I might get it tailored to take in the sides a bit. That being said I like it (hence why I’m tailoring rather than returning). Also LOVE the accompanying shorts

Delivery was over a week late and order still hasn’t arrived

Ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago- it’s still not arrived! Been contacting the company and been told different dates of arrival each time. I’ve now asked a refund 2 days ago and still had no reply!
Website says items will arrive within a week! False advertising!
Terrible standard and will never shop here again and will advise friends of the same!

I was very with the fit, quality and styling of the trousers I purchased. I did not expect the standard of the packaging of the item which was most impressive. I will definitely be back for more items. Excellent

I ordered two clothing items as a gift as requested by the recipient. I’d never heard of this retailer before. The packaging is very nice and well presented. One item had to be returned due to sizing. I requested a return label but had no response for almost a week, so emailed at least 2 more times. Once the label was finally received I returned the item to the post office where it didn’t work when scanned. I didn’t make a fuss and just paid for a tracked delivery. The item was received back to the seller the next day as shown by my tracking details. After several more emails & at least 3 weeks after the item was returned they confirmed receipt and that I would get a refund. This started in March 2023, I’m still waiting for my refund two months later. I’ve got no issue with the quality of the clothing and would’ve actually liked to order a few more items for myself but I’ll never use this retailer ever again. I’ve never ever had a problem shopping online or returning items online, until now. I’ll be looking up the next steps to escalate this further. It’s unacceptable to be waiting this length of time for a £50 refund. If you have issues with your warehouse as a business you should be resolving this immediately so as not to affect current or potential customers. You need to do better.

I returned two items from this shop two weeks ago and they still haven't refunded me. Apparently there are warehouse issues, which for some reason haven't been resolved yet. The only good side is that I have been getting timely responses to my queries, however if you do return something from here, don't expect your money back any time soon.

I ordered 2 items, when I received it they were not as described, I requested a return, the label they sent was invalid, I emailed them Bach asking for the correct label and I heard no response. Very disappointing!!

They asked me to buy my own label since the one they provided is not working as they will reimburse me after I sent them the receipt which I did and now they are not responding me after I sent the items back

Great customer service. I didn't know what size to order and I went for a Large. It looks really cool and great quality. The package was lovely. And I felt really valued. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had my eye on the Rio Minho bags and finally got my hands on the ‘Cloud’ colour! It did not disappoint! The colour and finish is gorgeous, excellent quality. The packaging & attention to detail really sets this apart as a premium product. So cute. Definitely a new fan!

I was a bit sceptic in the beginning as I wasn't familiar with the brand but I loved their designs and decided to order. I couldn't be happier with what I received, the jacket was exactly as pictured, lovely quality (could be slightly thicker though) and OMG THE PACKAGING. It came in the nicest box, beautifully wrapped, like a proper premium product. You can see the love they put in their work, definitely not your average 'insta brand'. Would order again.
