I ordered two items that have not been…
I ordered two items that have not been delivered, but according to the ‘Shop’ tracking app and Royal Mail they have been. I’ve emailed Sixteenninetytwo twice, no response. I try to call their number it didn’t go through. I contacted Royal Mail (the courier) and they told me there is nothing they can do about it.
