UPDATE: Turns out they DID respond before the 24 hours was up. They basically said, "Our bad! That was a mistake. Wasn't supposed to be sent out"........ And that's my problem how? You guys messed up, so you don't have to keep your word? They could have at least credited anyone who received that email 25SC to make up for it. They didn't offer anything! Trash!!!

I received an email saying they put 100SC on my balance, it's available to claim for the next 24 hours. Sign into my account and of course it's not on there. So, I emailed them, along with a screen recording of the email and me going to their site and showing there's nothing in my account. I'm sure I'll receive an email AFTER the 24 hour time period saying it's been longer than 24 hours and there's nothing they can do about it. Unreliable, untrustworthy and if I could give them zero stars on here, I would!

I am filing this dispute regarding a personalized 100 SC offer sent to my email (User 206115). The email gave a 24-hour window, but I was denied just 17 hours in. Support agent "Jason" admitted the email was sent but called it a "mass mailing error" and tried to settle a $100 value offer with an insulting $1.00 of free spins. As a Tennessee resident, I am protected by the TN Consumer Protection Act against these bait-and-switch tactics. I will also file with the TN Division of Consumer Affairs and expect Sixty6 to honor the original 100 SC as written.

This site sends false emails. I received an email today stating there was 100 sc credited to my account. Log in to claim. I logged in using the provided link and my account said bonus expired or not available. The email said I had 24 hours to claim and I clicked the link only 30 min after receiving the email. This is the 3rd time this has occurred on this site. I think the site is a scam and they only give fake promotional emails. I definitely do not recommend even making an account on this site.

when 1st signing up it seemed legit, was fair at least. but now their support could care less bout how they handle you, i been loosing a lot recently, got an email saying they credited me 100 to get me back on the winning side, just to be emailed that they didnt mean to send it and just left me to dry no bonus at all

Once again sixty6 struck with its false advertising and mistakes or promises of bonuses. I received an email from them saying I had 100 SC waiting in my balance. I logged in and of course it’s not there. I contacted support and they basically just said oops. They took months to verify. Never been able to redeem. This site doesn’t work properly on iPhone safari. You also can’t log in every day and after about three days it marks you back at day one so you never get the bonuses. Don’t bother playing this site, it’s the worst customer support and feels like it was just thrown together on a whim to make money. Not an integrity based platform for sure. I gave up on them weeks ago, but they keep the emails coming.

They give you rewards and take them back and then don't honor them they just don't give you anything I would not recommend them to anyone..
