I did a redeem for $100 and they cancelled the redeem and banned me. They went against their own term of service and banned me. I would stay away from this site completely. There are better sweep casinos out there then this scam site!

I have been on the site for quite a while. They have come a long way since I first joined. I dont like when I try to go on break I have to jump through hoops. I feel like its a plot to hold me hostage to the site. Whenever I try to go on a break through the platform, the online agent always tells me they have to connect me with the VIP agent and it typically take the agent a few days to respond. Any real player knows...THIS IS A TRAP! Additionally, online agents claim they only have the ability to do a 3 day break, anything more than that has to go to the "VIP" agent!
