Pleased with the services received from the team. We had our windows replaced with accoya sash windows at the front and uPVC at the back of the house. The team did a nice job and materials were high quality. They worked very efficiently and came back to do some touch ups as needed. Would recommend!

The SJB team were great
The SJB team were great start to finish. The products are great and they were very respectful of the house during instillation - making an effort to minimise dust etc. I love the finished article (both the accoya wood sash, and their pvc sash windows).

Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish. The initial appointment was very helpful, the advisor took time to explain pros and cons of different approaches (full replacement vs replacement sash etc.) and provided multiple quotes to help consider.
Installation began and finished on time, the 3 members of the installation team were all brilliant, especially Rob who took time to explain what they had done at the end of each day, plans for the next day etc. A couple of minor issues such as a faulty door lock were identified by the team, explained and resolved quickly.
Very pleased with our new windows and door. Thank you.

Great experience and would recommend
Excellent quality, price and installation. The windows are perfect, just what we wanted, they introduce more light into the room and look great. What could have made this 5/5 are improved communications - I was away for the planned installation dates and expected the installation to begin on a Monday as agreed, I received an email on the Tuesday to say works would begin on Thursday - this impacted my plans to the property quite significantly and I felt this should have been communicated on the previous Friday by phone call (received an email on Tuesday). After installation there were a couple of things I asked if they could be remedied, again the works were done very well but I had to follow up after a week to get the works scheduled in again. Definitely recommend the company - and Clebber & Marcel (installers) are great guys and hardworkers
