I ordered a roll of high quality cotton…

I ordered a roll of high quality cotton canvas which was rather expensive. Instead they sent me a roll of paper (!) and they are making it nearly impossible for me to get a refund or the correct product sent to me. AVOID this company!

Pretty bad

Good relation with people by email. But delivery time and clarity about stocks and sending times are really bad.
When you say 1 to 3 days delivery, we expect 1 to 3 days. Not two weeks.

We recommend not using this company

We used this company because the prices and service were initially decent. So we decided to make a larger order and use it as one of our larger suppliers. We were in contact in June and they told us to hold off our order due to issues with their website. We did and then made the order. By October two items arrived and then they claimed the whole order had been delivered. Then they said it had been lost. Hardly any of our order has been delivered. Our administration say customer service is complete useless. Phone calls or emails get no direct reply or proper action. I've explained affected the activities of our organisation. I literally can't explain why a 'real' company would do this to any customer, let alone one that works with kids. My advice: avoid Skapemer like the plague. They seemed to be pretty good, but whether through mis-management or a complete IT disaster on the website side, they aren't delivering product in a timely, efficient or courteous way. Find a decent Norwegian company instead. Save yourself the headache.

Terrible and unreliable

The customer service is terrible. It has taken at least a week for a reply every time I made contact. I have used this store several times but they never get back to me. I tried for 2 weeks to cancel a product which they had not sent out yet and then the 3rd week they sent it?! It took over a week for me to get a message saying they DID NOT pay for the return label. Every other store pays for retur labels. They forced through a cancelled order after 3 weeks AND made me pay for the return. I will not be choosing them again.
