Fail to give a refund - SCAMMERS

Fail to give a refund. Avoid at all cost. They bought out skatehut and seem to think that they can pick and choose what bits of the company they want. They have decided they don’t want to give refunds to customers who didn’t receive them when skatehut was in control. Skatehut did not go into administration so you can’t just wipe its debts and carry on like nothing happened. Even if they did, you should value previous customers and provide the refunds instead of stealing our company. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

We have reviewed our records and have been in contact with you on multiple occasions via email and phone. We want to clarify that we are not the company you placed an order with, and you are not a customer in our system. SkatePro ApS has not acquired SkateHut and therefore do not have access to their customer data or order history.

To get your refund, you will need to contact the company you originally ordered from. We understand this is a frustrating situation, and we hope you can resolve the issue with the correct company soon.

Great price

Great price, service, everything you could wish for. Only wish I hadn't gone and broken my ankle first time using the pads. They'll protect your knees, elbows and wrists, but sadly not the ankles on rollerblades :/. Whoever invents something to prevent that will be a millionaire!

Would recommend

Ordering was simple and product tracking clear and updated. It took 4 working days, as expected. Easy to set up with Allen key provided and my son is very happy with his scooter. He's tested it a lot at the local skate park and has had approval from peers who like it too!

Pink!

The skates arrived switfly, safely packaged. They were a gift to a new skater and she absolutely loves the colour (pink!), how smooth it is and the safety block at the front helps her out a ton.
