Arrived within 5 days to UK and looks great
Was worried after seeing some of the negative reviews as I’m in the U.K and knew it would be shipping from overseas , but ordered a Bam Margera board anyways.
Arrived within 5 days which was way quicker than expected and is in perfect condition! Always have to remind myself most people don’t leave reviews after having a positive experience (which is why I figured I’d leave this lol )
So yeah thanks! Love the board and shipping was super quick

THEY IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS A UK COMPANY which is a Joke as I have now found out that goods are shipped from Denmark and Belgium. Order placed over 2 weeks ago which still hasn't arrived!
4 emails sent chasing this up all of which have been ignored!
Spoke to their customer service team 5 days ago who informed me that my order had incorrectly been shipped to Germany! I asked for a replacement to be sent out as it was urgent!
Called them back today and no replacement has been sent and they have asked what I want them to do?
UNBELIEVABLE!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

We apologise that your order got stuck in Germany! GLS missorted a bunch of parcels, but they informed us that they would be able to rectify the situation in a few days. When you first called us, we offered you 3 different solutions, but you weren't satisfied with any of them. You DID NOT confirm that you wanted a replacement order, you were yelling in the phone and hung up without agreeing on a solution. The phone conversation has been recorded.
You have sent us 3 emails altogether. We didn't reply to the first one because you called us, so we informed you via phone. After that we didn't have time yet to get to your emails due to our backlog after the holidays, we apologise for this.
A replacement order has been made as per your request today. / Your SkatePro Team

Stunt scooter I bought for my son has a problem with handlebar from day one. Won’t stay straight, has to be adjusted and retightened after every ride. I suspect a fault with a handlebar clamp. Reached out online but have had a response in two weeks now. Disappointed

Sizing chart well out for helmet
Sizing chart well out for helmet. To small for 9year old child. I have a 51cm head and it’s too small for me. Need to return but not sure your short policy allows. It was a Xmas present.
