Bought shoes receipt and shoes in the box put them away when I got home never opened the box been in the box 12 months never used them as didn’t go on holiday until this year opened the box only 1 shoe with the receipt still in the box contacted customer services as they make sure you can’t phone and they won’t do anything consumer law says they are responsible because only one shoe but 12 months past so there not interested what a bum firm to deal with people beware check you get what you payed for !!!
Thank you sketchers Sweden for your reply unfortunately sketchers UK are not interested so it looks like we have to take legal action .
Update .
After taking legal advise it seems it’s there word against mine so if I lose can get more expensive thank its worth to pursue so I contacted them to say I wasn’t going ahead with legal advise but I would welcome a goodwill gesture there answer was a plain and simple no so thanks Sketchers I won’t be buying your shoes now or in the near future can honesty say for such a large company they don’t seen to want to give a good customer service or after sales service to their customers.
Remember folks check your box to make sure you receive both pairs cos if you don’t they won’t believe you and you will lose out !!!

Zero stars. ordered online from Skechers uk. Received updates and tracking on UPS. Several updates on its journey from Belgium and instructions to wait in to sign for delivery on the day between 11.15-14.15. No delivery so called UPS. All the updates were fictitious the package was not even with UPS. I was told to contact Skechers who have no telephone number. Totally awfull!

Ordered a size 9 they delivered size 10 so I sent them back and they took almost 7 pounds off my purchase price for a mistake they made how can they do this I expect more from a big brand company I'll never buy from these rip off people again

Smelly and sweaty
I normally love Sketchers and wear all the time. Unfortunately the Go Walk mesh slip ins make my feet sweat and smell to the point where it’s actually uncomfortable. This despite machine washing. A shame as they are extremely comfortable. But the material is not suitable as it causes sweating.
I’ve just seen the reply from Sketchers saying I should leave my review for the English website. I mean - same company. Same shoes. Shaming your customers as a response to feedback? charming.

I found my I found that my Skechers are not wide at all but to be narrow I spent painful nights at work thinking that I just needed to break them in although I have bought my shoes box 9 wide

Skechers customer service is hopeless
Skechers customer service is hopeless, been waiting a week for response regarding returns postage label showing the WRONG weight (2.5Kg parcel with 1 Kg postage label),would have used chat but never available so e-mailed a week ago. I'm just going to post it if they cant bother to answer.
Still no reply to my e-mail regarding above but very quick to request more information regarding this review.

Slow and sloppy delivery and NO RECEIPT
Package took a VERY long time to arrive and was completely banged up when I finally got.
Cardboard box with the actual shoebox inside, both smashed and partially broken apart.
The product (pair of shoes) survived, but just barely.
These days online purchases usually arrive within a few days max - but Skechers took days to just pack and send, and used a delivery service that then took more than a week (!).
UPDATED: Still no actual RECEIPT of the purchase!
After contacting customer service via e-mail (no response whatsoever for weeks...) I still have not received such a basicthing as a receipt...!
My advice:
*** DO NOT BUY FROM Skechers ***
