"Finger weg!!!!

"Finger weg – absolut unseriös!
Trotz fristgerechter Stornierung wurde die Ware einfach verschickt. Rücksendung nur auf eigene Kosten – selbst wenn man widerruft! Auf Anfragen reagiert der Kundenservice kaum oder gar nicht. Über Klarna kommt ebenfalls keinerlei Reaktion, sodass man am Ende auf allen Kosten sitzen bleibt. Für mich wirkt das wie ein systematisches Abwimmeln von Kundenrechten. Nie wieder – und ich kann nur ausdrücklich warnen, hier zu bestellen!"

Achtung!!!!! Unseriös.
Firma sitzt in Litauen!!! 14 Tage und Länger Lieferzeit. Ich bin 3x offiziell vom Vertrag zurückzutreten, keine Reaktion. Ich habe es der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet, keine Reaktion bisher. Produkt kam trotz zurücktreten 17 Tage nach Bestellung an, aus Litauen. Rücksendung nur wenn das Paket nicht geöffnet wird und Käufer trägt die Kosten selbst. Klarna kann garnichts machen so lange der Verkäufer die Kündigung nicht bestätigt. Da Händler nicht reagiert, hat man verloren. Zahlen muss man wohl, aber es wird eine Strafanzeige geben. Hände weg!!!!!!!!
