First time buying from them and I had such a good experience! My order arrived very quickly and was packaged beautifully. I also love the additional free items of the tote bag, puch and the kokeshi doll! Deffo made it something unique!
During shopping, I was confused about one of their payment things and when I called customer service the lady was so polite and helpful in answering my question.

Overall I had a really good experience and will definitely shop here more in the future! ☺️

I ordered some products from skincity. they were very well packaged and arrived within a week. I had some issues with the delivery: the package was delivered to a wrong location. However, the customer service handled this issue well, they apologised and refunded 10% of the order.
I will definitely give skincity a second chance and order again in the future.

Their products are good value and shipping was quick. Customer service is helpful, rang them about my order and was answered within 5 minutes. Happy with experience!

I have ordered a few times from Skincity and everytime it’s been just as promised - on time and in lovely packaging which has been packed with care. They stock a wide range of specialist skincare and with each order they send samples.

The best shop for skin care products. I love everything about skincity: range of products, delivery, service, kokeshi dolls - everything! I have been buying from skincity for the last year and they never let me down. I would recommend to everyone!

I really wanted to buy something from Skincity as they have great prices, offer free shipping and also a free gift - what's not to like! However, I was very disappointed to find their website checkout just did not work for me. I tried on desktop and mobile, and even made an account to save my details, but unfortunately I was just faced with a greyed out Buy Now button on desktop, and a never-fully-loading page on mobile. Really disappointing as they have a product I buy monthly at a much better price than anyone else online, and I would definitely have moved to these guys, but I'll carry on buying with Escentual.

I ordered £80+ of products. I got a bit worried that my order hadn't yet been dispatched and the status of the order hadn't changed and still said 'New', I ordered on the 24th August. I spoke to an advisor on the 2nd September through their Facebook page who was quick to respond and very helpful, who assured me products will arrive up to 5 working days. I then received my products on the 4th working day. Great products, great customer service.

Have bought twice so far, the Skin Ceuticals C E Ferulic serum which by the way I would also rate 5 stars. Skin City are brilliant! Next day free delivery, quality prices and competitive prices and those Kokeshi dolls are an added bonus! Would highly recommend this company.

This is by far my favourite store. They had sent me an item in error. To be honest their service was so amazing I let them know.

One thing I will say is Royal Mail has been so terrible at sending their parcels.
But they have gone way beyond to make sure I was happy in spite of this.

My parcel arrived and the contents inside was soaked :( I will be ordering again in spite of this as the customer service is fantastic but the courier is failing you guys!!

Brilliant! Speedy delivery & a fab selection of products - especially the brands you can't get elsewhere. Shopped twice already & I'll be back!

So finally I gave a chance to Skincity. I have bought Paulas choice light blue series. The funny fact that those bottles I have ordered cost total nearly 1000kr and bottles are so tiny like travel kit. Sad to say that those series doesnt really match and as a costumer when you want to go back and look around another variant, well, you hear my budget scream. Why shall costumer order those bottles that they are so tiny for just 1000kr? Are they looking after group of costumers that they are infuencers? Doctors? rich people? Or are they focus to people who suffers a lot skins? To be honest I rather go along with Kicks, why? 1. Kicks has some products like Skincity has 2. Kicks offers points to loyal costumers and they have bonus system as well 3. their review is 10 times better than here in skin city 4. Kicks UX/UI webbsite is better than skincity webbsite.

The worse part that skincity lure me is that you don't get discount for your first order, instead you will get next time.

Instead Kicks I think I rather go to a salong and order from there too. Why? Because they have consult there and you can get sampels. They offer better discount price so go on.

Sorry Skincity "it was nice to know you" but no thanks.
