What a fantastic business! I made an order which arrived promptly. The packaging was excellent and the product as described. I was also given an added gift which was a lovely surprise! I contacted them as there was a slight issue with one of the items (no fault of theirs). They have been amazingly efficient in resolving and on the very same day have sent a replacment item. There are not many businesses like this out there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I ordered a face cream which was on offer for a great price so decided to buy from skin city for the first time. I selected to receive any samples they may have. I came home to find a goodie box and was so happy with the items they sent!!!! A make up bag a tote bag, a free mini gift sculpture and two skin care samples. They wrapped the box so beautifully and it was like a pressie which was so exciting. They spent a lot of attention, care, and love packing this and I’m really happy for choosing to buy through skin city.

Excellent service. Used for the first time to buy face cream that I had been buying from pharmacy for 20 years. Bought at cheaper price from skin city. Received promp emails and delivery 4 days after order. I will use this company again.

I always loved skincity. Unfortunately on my last order I got slapped with an unexpected customs duty charge. I assumed shipping was still via Sweden but it has now changed to the UK, which makes it too expensive for us in the EU! :(

Ordered the startup skincare routine set, as I wanted to start looking after my skin but had no idea where to start. There was so many options but the set itself was the best deal and had many things I thought I needed. Price was great! Around £16 for a lot of products, was definitely smaller than I imagined, but still amazing products where a little goes a long way, I even got two free product, which was incredible! I use it every night and every morning (mostly) and I can see a real difference in my skin, pores are smaller and my face looks brighter and more even. I got it in the combination/ oily set as my skin is ridiculously oily, and I think it’s starting to help the oiliness as well. Shipping was really fast! I ordered it on the 26/12/21 and it arrived less than a week later, most likely because it was a small package.
Overall, I have been incredibly impressed with Skincity, everything was really easy to use and the products are amazing, the set even comes with descriptions and instructions of each product, which was really helpful. Definitely order from this! I loved the experience, thank you Skincity<33

When I buy for 253 euro (maximum price with no discount) of La Prairie product I expected nice samples from La Prairie. They sent me a small amount of cheap samples (1 ml sachets) from brands I will never buy. Will never buy again from this shop.

I didn't place the largest order with Skincity so I was really impressed with the speed of the free tracked delivery. The product was great value and beautifully packaged, and came with some free samples too. Would highly recommend!

Ordered a little travel size product as this website had it cheapest for me to trial, it came within a day with free delivery with 2 free samples, a tote and zip purse and an adorable little doll! I am so impressed with the service of this company, I wish I knew about it before and will definitely be ordering all my skincare from here going forwards :)

Terrible - not for international shipments. They use UPS, which is the worse company for international shipments - takes far longer than the regular post office, requires extra paperwork to claim your order and charges you for the delivery through the roof (30 euros). They also charge you extra for customs paperwork, which no other company does!!!! Skincity year after year refuses to fix this problem and refuses to send shipments regular way even via regular post office to avoid screwing their international customers. Highly not recommended, surprisin to see such bad logistics and services in 2021.
