Absolutely amazing service. Products came wrapped beautifully and with extra mini treats.

I am extra impressed since I received a product that leaked due to a faulty cap. The company got back to me extremely quickly, and replaced the product within a matter of days with a charcoal deep cleanser stick as an extra for the trouble!

I have ordered four times from the Rep. of Ireland in the last eight months, contacted them for various reasons, and can't stop to tell you how amazing their service and their customer service are!

The Signature Wrapping is incredible, it is visible how they are intentionally caring. It's a beautiful treat for yourself or a beautiful way to make a gift much more luxurious.
The Sustainable Wrapping is very well made and essential. They will always protect your items with adequate padding.
The Gift bag is just so cool al cute!! I am not sure what it is made of but it's very thick and soft like a very dense sponge, it's very resistant and can be used either as a nice soft bag for anything (including clothes, shoes, etc in a suitcase) or for gifting someone with something special!

I love their attitude and niceness when you get in contact with them.

Abusive policy. This company does not allow consumers to select cookies. To use the website, you have to allow all of them, which is unfriendly and abusive. Besides, the website is badly developed, because since they set up your location automatically, you cannot write your delivery address manually, which is dull. Say, if they detect that your server is in the UK, you cannot add a delivery address in France, as they automatically assume that you are in the UK and want to receive it in the UK. Badly, developed website, sounds like amateur job. Considering that they rely 100% on online sales, that is really dumb. If you cannot make your website work properly, how can we trust your company to add your credit cards details?

Terrible experience 3 items of my order are missing, they’ve had email details, order number, photographic evidence and they won’t investigate until I complete a form & send it in as it isn’t an online form. Feel like I’m being scammed.

My first order arrived today. Great value for money, beautifully packed and delivered within 3 working days to Ireland. I'm absolutely delighted and will definitely be back ♥️👍

I ordered an item yesterday and as soon as I had done so, I realised that I had ordered the wrong product. I sent an email to Skincity customer services and was replied to, by Aimee, within the hour telling me that she had cancelled my order.
I then re-ordered the correct product which has just been delivered free of charge including a couple of useful bags and a dear little Kokeshi doll. Fantastic service, very polite and extremely efficient. This is the first time that I have purchased anything from Skincity but it will not be the last.

Products excellent. Customer service initially awful but a more receptive representative intervened. Spent over £100 to claim free gift and when it wasn’t received I contacted Skincity and was told I hadn’t entered a code and that it didn’t matter anyway as there was none left and nothing more could be done. On further contact via instagram a selection of testers was offered to replace the free gift.

Blown away by the excellent customer service of Skin City! I was looking for a couple of Korean sheet masks and didn't want to wait weeks or even months to receive them from Korea. This website seemed to have the best prices and above all, free delivery regardless of the value on your order. WOW! I ordered my items yesterday and received them today, carefully wrapped in tissue paper and containing one free tote bag, one free makeup bag, one free cute KOKESHI ceramic figure and one free product sample.
I highly recommend ordering not only Korean skincare but many more high quality skin care brands. Thank you Skin City for your incredible customer service!

I have only ever written 1 other trust pilot review before however I have just opened my parcel from skin city (literally 2 minutes ago) and I am absolutely blown away.

I ordered a small 30ml product for £9. It arrived packaged beautifully within 2 days of ordering (maybe even sooner?! I ended up leaving it at the post office to be collected for over a week). The packaging couldn’t have been nicer but that wasn’t the best part. Within my cheap order I received a tester for some lovely looking face serum, a small zip up reusable pouch which then also contains a folded up decent size bag for life BUT THEN I found the absolute cherry on top.. along side all these bits there is another small black and white skin city branded box with a small piece of writing on the side reading a small story of KOKESHI and the making of the skin city brand. Within the box there is a small (3/4cm?) Japanese doll as an absolutely beautiful gesture.

I will be using skin city as my first call now over any other beauty websites.

Thank you Skin City you’ve truly touched me today with your generosity on such a small purchase. I feel service like this should be recognised.

Ordered a 50ml item and a received a trial sized 10 ml version and cant even get ahold of them because the offices are closed.

Atrocious customer service!

I can’t believe companies like this exist!!! A free tote bag, free mini makeup bag, free samples AND the kokeshi doll, which is such a lovely idea. Fast shipping, even during lockdown. Really happy with my purchase from them and will definitely order from here again

More people should know about this company, discovered during lockdown. They have great products at affordable prices, their customer service is amazing. Each delivery you can choose eco friendly or with a gift bag, pouch and kokeshi. I have had 3 orders now and all arrived so quickly, waiting for payday to make another purchase. Thank you SkinCityUK

Really happy with my order , it came beautifully packaged and within a couple of days 😁 love the free shopping bag and makeup bag , figurine and exfoliator sample . I am currently only using Neostrata products as I’m having face peels from a practice that recommends these products . This is the second time I have ordered and am very happy with what I receive .

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I made a mistake on my order and they rectified this for me in less than 24 hours - great customer service. When I ordered for a second time, the order came within two days and was beautifully packaged up. The samples and kokeshi were such lovely touches. I will definately be a returning customer 😊
