Comfortable pants
The pants are comfortable to wear all day long. They are well made and easy to wash. Warm enough to wear in cold weather. I just purchased the 8 resistant band pants. So looking forward to using them.

Not only do they provide resistance while walking, they help with the compression I need for my veins. My legs feel good at the end of the day.

Resistance band leggings
Great-looking site, easy to find sizes and colors I liked, and I like that they use Shop for payment; I already have a Shop account and it makes me feel like it's definitely legitimate and secure. My pants shipped out quickly and I didn't have to wait too long for them.
I bought the 8-band resistance band legging in black and was excited to try them out. Easy to get on and the medium fit well I thought. They were a little unflattering on my lap area because of the way the bands are. They also rolled down over the course of my walk, which was annoying. I'm wondering if there's a higher-waisted pair. But I wore a long shirt just in case and I'm so glad I did.
TBD as to whether or not I'm burning 30% more calories than I normally would, but they do seem to add some resistance to my movements. And I could tell they'd worked some once I'd removed them. All in all, they'll be a good experiment.

I should have ordered a medium. That’s on me overall I do love them. It’s only been about a week so I don’t notice any change yet but the circulation in my legs feel better

Wanted to know if the hype was real
I wore these all day. I went to the gym, did the elyptical & cable weights. Later, I did a 2.2 mi easy hike. I wore them at home where I went down & climbed my staircase a lot.
When I removed them to shower before bed, I literally found movement so much easier. I am hoping to see a difference after wearing them a month or 2, since I won't be a daily wearer.

I love these leggings
I love these leggings! They are way more comfortable than any leggings I've ever had but they do exactly what the company says they will do. An average day for me at work now makes me feel like I got a workout in. I'm not sore, but the muscles feel definitely used! My request is more colors in the 10-band leggings and shoes in size 7.5 please!

The leggings are very comfortable
The leggings are comfortable, and I can feel the stretch when I am squatting down to pick something up or walking up our hilly driveway. Glad I got two, so I can have one to wear while the other is being washed. : )
Hoping to see some results eventually...I know it isn't a quick fix. : )

On the pictures it looks like they are high-waisted, they are not.
Additionally they create cross-folds on the legs. It was ok before I was sitting for an hour. After I got up, it had those folds on the upper legs and they do not disappear.
Also for me (1,73m) its more a 7/8 length.
I do not feel like I did a workout after 5 hours wearing them. But I do not like them at all.
2 stars as the delivery was earlier than expected.
Leggings will get donated.
I learned that I should not trust marketing with (120.000 women loving this), sigh.

I love my exercise leggings and find them to be snug and defining. I'm hoping they help with my cardio. I do appreciate that these leggings were sent to me in response to them, not initially having what I wanted to order, replacing them with something even better!

I love the pants
I love the pants. They seem to be working great I’ve wore them for about three or four days now. The first size I got was too big. I returned them and you guys were great. I got a smaller size and you guys were great about it. Never had any problems returning it Gave me the size I needed. No questions ask just got me the size I asked for now. I want to get the shirt and hope it does the same thing for my arms . Thank you guys for great service.

I tried to cancel....
I tried to cancel before the item was shipped and the company shipped it anyway. There was no invoice and no return information in the packaging. I have not even tried them on, but they are clearly too small and I have too much arthritis in my hands to try to pull them on. Since they are too small, I am unable to wear them. This is disappointing. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
