Exchanges are super easy
I initially bought a pair based on the size guide which ended up being too big but the exchange process was super easy and even after sending back my original pair and having them get lost during transit, the customer service team understood the situation and replaced them for me and they arrived quickly. I’ve tried them twice so far and I’m happy with the results. Can’t wait to see what kind of progress I can make with these

Very very nice! I'm a bit concerned because I feel like a small in the medium resistance would fit me better, but I have lost any weight?! I love how they fit and feel. Quick ship. Wish I could afford one in every color. The shorts are going to be amazing this summer.

Speedy shipping and great product
Shipment arrived quickly and the product is excellent. I ordered the 4 band leggings and I wish I had ordered the 6! Wearing them is like a mini day long workout but you won't really feel it until 1 or 2 days later. I even wear them under regular pants!

Tarriffs and sizing the only down side of my purchase.
Sadly because of the Tariff situation between our borders I had to pay an additional $56.24 to collect my Skinnify package. Then I tried them on and they were too big for me, but they fit my Daughter and are now her Birthday gift. Do you have a Canadian Division of your Company?

Still THE WORST!
Poor fit, followed their size guide recommendations the waist was so low it barely covered my backside, legs so short was like wearing capris. Fit was so loose I was constantly pulling them up (higher waist would help this), fit on my thighs was also baggy & the stitching was subpar, had a weird pooch at the bottom of the V on the back. Didn’t dare bend over for fear of exposure.
Customer “service” responded after several days.
1. I was required to send photos of the poor fit, bad stitching & low rise.
2. I had to wait for my return to be “approved”
3. I also had to pay for packaging AND shipping to send the substandard product back to them.
I’m beginning to believe their positive reviews are all friends or bots or both.
Now I’m with for them to receive the return & refund my money . . . beginning to agree with the post on Reddit, this is a company of bros who didn’t consult any women, except his mom who loves him.
Lots of false advertising!
