I wanted to place an order for next day delivery. It said this was an option on the product details, but when I tried to check out it defaulted to std delivery with no option to change it.
I've tried contacting them to ask about thos using 3 different methods - WhatsApp, email and Instagram - all options through their "contact us" section on their website.
48 hours since my first message and Ive received no response on any of these platforms - now too late to receive the items I wanted so they've lost my custom.
Terrible service - why bother with the "contact us" if nobody responds?

Ordered a case in February, which has discoloured at the back. Amauche was very helpful and arranged a replacement free of charge :)

I received the wrong phone case which was a gift for my daughter and I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my phone, I didn’t realise until delivery that I ordered the wrong one for myself

I spoke to customer service and Jess was super speedy in replying and fixing my issue, she has issued replacements for both cases even though one was my own fault!

I ordered two T-shirts the beginning of June and sent them back asking for an exchange as they were too big. I had confirmation that my return had been collected by Royal Mail, but have not yet received an exchange or refund of my original order. Despite sending two emails chasing this up, would not recommend.

This has now been rectified and have received an exchange.

Spoke to Poppie on TikTok as I was having a few issues with my orders, and she was incredibly helpful! She sorted everything out and replaced my order straight away. Thank you so much for all your help, Poppie! 🌟 Really appreciate it! 💕

Poor customer service & courier
Made an order on 27th July, only 1 part of my order arrived after poor service from the courier.
Contacted customer service at skinnydip 3 emails & WhatsApp no reply.
Eventually received the order over a delivery time with no updates from the courier or help from customer service, a lot of the responses felt like automated.
The pyjamas were a good quality but the size and were massive for a small, had to return & charge £3.50. Over two weeks later the second part of my order arrived again no update from the courier & as before the tshirt was massive as a small.
I’ve message the company regarding returning but to be honest i refuse to pay another £3.50 to return another item that should have been 1 order & 1 delivery.
Guess what no response, this is a total let down to the company

Bought a phone case in February which I love and have received so many compliments on. Unfortunately, the colours on the case have started to bleach/wash out. I contacted customer service and Aiysha was extremely helpful and has arranged for a replacement case to be sent to my address, free of charge. Thank you Aiysha!

It was really easy to order online and delivery was quick. I ordered a laptop case and the product came exactly as described. I would definitely purchase from here again!

It wasn’t the experience I wanted as I had trouble with a delivery and ended up having to get a refund, but I spoke to Jess with the customer service and she was amazing! Very very lovely and friendly and she sorted my issue out completely and very quickly! So big big thank you to her! :)

They did not complete my order due to an error at their end and had the tenacity to give me a voucher instead of a refund. When I asked for a refund they are now trying to prove I haven't used the voucher. I gave customer services the voucher number and they are saying it is wrong, I copied and pasted the number off the email I was sent, so whoever sent the email must have typed it in wrong. Effectively they are illegally hanging onto my money. Definitely won't be ordering from them again!!!

Skinnydip London is my go to website for fun quirky clothing and accessories. I absolutely love their disney range, its the best. The quality is amazing and everything I've brought is perfect and i get so many compliments.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Poppie responded so quickly, completely solved my issue, and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations by far.
