If you have insurance dont use SKINNY RX
I've been using them since January 2026, but this is my last month. Waaaaay more expensive than other companies and this one REFUSES to give you any information on the prescription to submit to insurance(diagnose code, group or tax ID of prescriber -- SKETCHHHHHHH) .
So if you have no insurance, skinnyrx is like the others but fast and expensive. If you have insurance do not use skinny rx - it feels fishy to me to be doing injections from a company that won't give me the basic prescriber information needed to submit my prescriptions to medical insurance and so I'm switching to Ro.

SkinnyRx billed me for a month I didnt…
SkinnyRx billed me for a month I didnt receive a shipment. I had asked for a pause in treatment and they still billed the $349 telling me that will be the payment for when I restart treatment. I have decided to stop treatment and they wont issue a full refund. They are only issuing 25%. You only end up talking to AI in the chat feature. Not a real person. It is wrong to bill for services you dont provide. I regret that I didnt use a local provider because when problems arise, you have no voice.
Update 6/23/26 Skinny Rx called me and they are refunding the entire amount, which was $349. I am very thankful they made it right. I dont know where or how this came about as they were adamant they were only refunsing 25% nonetheless I am grateful for their reconsideration.

Monica B was extremely helpful, kind, and she had a contagious upbeat energy. My only complaint about the whole experience was there was a span of 2 days where you guys had called me at least 30 times to update my payment, even though I had answered and spoken to the agents at least twice to inform them of this. This is none of the agents’ fault as I’m sure they were simply calling the person the computer told them to call, but I think maybe it was a data issue or something.
