My medication came spoiled because it was delayed 6 days in transit in 101 houston heat, instead of sending me a new one, they straight up said they cant do anything about it. I wasted $1200 on nothing.

Deceitful business
Scam business. products don't work, and when you think you cancel online, they make you confirm via phone call but are shady about telling you that. They gave me no notice of a renewal order, and will not refund my $1,000+.

Dishonest renewal policy
Dishonest renewal policy. Beware! Never mentioned at enrollment - buried deep in fine print. Customer service hides behind in-app messaging and is not unhelpful.
Add to the experience that the tablets are minimally effective - buy elsewhere.
