I did not get the customer service as…
I did not get the customer service as described in the reviews. I opted for the compounded tirzepatide tablet and took it exactly as prescribed for three months.The weight I lost was approximately 5 pounds that I would have lost anyway from restricting calories. I contacted customer service before my next shipment and wanted to cancel my plan because they could not recommend if I should switch to the shots. It took so long to get responses they would not cancel the plan and sent me more pills that I will never use. I switched to a competitor and have now lost 20 pounds.

Deceptive Ads and Website
I feel that SkinnyRX's advertising and website is deceptive and misleading. They seem to indicate that the subscription cost includes the weight loss drug itself. It does NOT. You are paying them a monthly fee to write a prescription to send to a pharmacy where you will incur an additional cost for the drug itself.

Medication issue after receiving
I contacted customer service regrading a medication issue during off business hours. Christian at Skinny Rx saw the abandoned call without a message and reached out to me to schedule a clinical call with a provider. He listened to my issue and was courteous and professional. Weight Loss Accomplished!!!
I lost the weight I wanted! My medication was received promptly and I appreciate that I was able to reach to a care specialist if needed. I had a question about my subscription and Christian was very helpful, professional, friendly and just an overall pleasure to talk to. He answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we hung up. I reached my goal weight a few months ago and have cut my intake back. By following a nutritious diet, exercise and becoming more knowledgeable with better eating habits, I have not put on any of the weight back on. Thank you for helping me become a healthier person!

If you have insurance dont use SKINNY RX
I've been using them since January 2026, but this is my last month. Waaaaay more expensive than other companies and this one REFUSES to give you any information on the prescription to submit to insurance(diagnose code, group or tax ID of prescriber -- SKETCHHHHHHH) .
So if you have no insurance, skinnyrx is like the others but fast and expensive. If you have insurance do not use skinny rx - it feels fishy to me to be doing injections from a company that won't give me the basic prescriber information needed to submit my prescriptions to medical insurance and so I'm switching to Ro.
