I always have an incredible experience at Skin Vitality Whitby location. Jocelyn is so very helpful, and always helps me decide what to do. My injector Erina is fantastic, wouldn't trust anyone elce with my face!! Highly recommend

I had a good experience at Skin Vitality. The staff and the nurse were all friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the team was professional, and I was happy with my visit.

Staff is amazing. Nurse Anna was so sweet and the treatment barely hurt. I was stressed out for nothing.

I’m nervous and have always been hesitant about Botox but I’m actually excited now after talking with them today. I look forward to what can be done and it was easily explained to me with a focus of starting small to not overwhelm me - and I appreciate that!

I can’t say enough about the Whitby location. Everyone has been so wonderful Anna, Erin, Lisa, Jocelyn and I know there’s many more.. They are so knowledgeable. The place is Pristine and I’m so happy with all my appointments. I tell everybody to come here.

Always a positive experience

Milton is my preferred Skin Vitality location. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and truly amazing. My provider took the time to fully understand what I was hoping to achieve and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning for future treatments!

Great atmosphere. Customer service was great. The staff are very knowledgeable and respectful.

I was very nervous to start doing Botox and fillers, but it’s something I had wanted to do for a while and after beating cancer, I decided to go for it. I really appreciated how much the ladies at the location I visited in. Thornhill were very on top of making sure I cleared properly so the Botox worked properly after cancer treatment. I did in fact I have to wait a little bit to get that approval but once I did, I did feel a lot better that I was cared for properly. Everything was explained to me perfectly. The service itself was amazing. I haven’t felt so good about myself as I have in the last five years after having two babies in cancer the ladies were super nice. The treatment was great the education behind it was amazing. I am so knowledgable now and not scared at all and I am trying to book my next appointment. I also am now bringing my sister with me who was very sceptical at first too until I told her how great my experience was at skin Vitality I highly highly suggest anybody has been thinking about it to visit this location.

From the staff to the actual delivery of service, my experience was excellent. I received a thorough assessment and consultation before my treatment, and the team patiently answered all my questions.

I had my treatment with Nurse Patricia and her work was truly top-notch. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire session.

I will definitely continue coming to this clinic. Highly recommended! Kudos to the Skin Vitality Eglinton branch!

This today was my second visit to the lovely ladies at skin vitality, once again I was treated kindly and with lots of respect, everybody there is extremely friendly and very trustworthy. I can't wait to see the results on my forehead! I highly recommend skin vitality for all your cosmetic needs

The warm welcome at reception, modern, clean business. Tori was patient and took her time with my lip fillers, and answered questions on the spot. Yolanda provided cost break down etc....great team!

Did PRP treatment for myself and the staff were so kind and everything went smooth and well. Just had to wait for quite a while maybe an hour long but it was fine otherwise! Would come back again.
