The workers arrived on time and fixed everything I needed help with, they were also very friendly. They seemed to know what they were doing. I haven’t had complaints with my door since.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. You have to wait months for an appointment. They cannot fix it on the first appointment even though they have videos of the problem. "we need tools".
A Month later they still cant fix it. 5 seconds into the second appointment "we need parts". Didn't you see this on the first appointment?
Months later they call on the day of the third appointment to cancel and make a forth appointment months later.
For another issue they just didn't show up and didn't bother to call and explain.
I will ask our homeowner association to find another company

The service was quick and the guys were very efficient. I dropped one star because I had to wait a very long time (several weeks) to have my windows fixed. Also, I got a letter in the mail that had a different date and time (as opposed to the email) for the appointment. The email was more accurate.

Not really happy
Half of the problem wasn't solved. The appointment was delayed and nobody contacted me. I had to call.
