I recently bought a series of cutlery (forks, knives, salad cutlery, and spoons) and when they arrived, they had marks on them and were already damaged. I wrote to the Sklum team both in Spain and in Portugal, and also made a complaint on their website on the same day (so it was witin the 14 days window they allow you to make a complaint), however no one has come back to me with any response. It has been over a month now. I am very dissapointed and don´t know what to do. I hope the SKLUM team will see this review in order to improve their after-sale service.

Awful! Chairs were delivered to a neighbour smashed into pieces. No signature obtained for the delivery and the company take no responsibility for the items supplied. The beautiful chairs pictured on Sklum website turned up as a pile of scraps of wood. By the extent of the damage it appears the chairs were made and glued poorly in the first place.
Customer service are a nightmare to get hold of and when you do, they deny responsibility.
Used to be ok and at least replace stuff that appeared damaged. I won’t use them again for anything. Recommend paying more for a better company.

Realizo un pedido (NUVCRRCLS) el 28 de septiembre y lo recibo el 2 de octubre. Hasta ahí bien.
Una vez recibido, la cómoda parece usada, lleva un cajón colgando con los tornillos sueltos y pasados, además detecto faltas en la madera rellenadas con cartón y un poquito de masilla. ¡¡Una cómoda de 250€!!!
Solicito devolución inmediata el mismo dia. A partir de aquí ya no hay tanta prisa. Me la recogen el 15 de octubre y el abono del producto no me llega hasta el 24 de octubre. Mi nueva sorpresa es que ya no solo te hacen esperar, sino que además no te devuelven los gastos de envío cuando es un fallo de calidad. 30€ que pierdo y vais a perder si comprais en SKLUM. Y que voy a denunciar a consumo.
Podrán contestar a esta reseña diciendo que también pedí un felpudo, y es verdad, pero mantener los 30€ de envio por un producto que vale 6€. Una verguenza.
The shame is I didn't check the reviews on all the platforms.
I placed an order (NUVCRRCLS) on September 28th and received it on October 2nd. So far, so good.
Upon receipt, the dresser looks used, one drawer is hanging with loose and loose screws, and I also noticed flaws in the wood filled with cardboard and a little putty. A €250 dresser!!!
I requested a return the same day I received it. From then on, there's no such rush. They picked it up on October 15th, and I didn't receive the refund until October 24th. My new surprise is that not only do they keep me waiting, but they also won't refund the shipping costs when it's a quality defect. €30 that I lost and you'll lose if you buy from SKLUM. And I'm going to file a consumer complaint.
They can reply to this review by saying I also ordered a doormat, but they're still charging €30 shipping for a product that costs €6. Shameful.

Sklum scam!!
My table from Sklum arrived broken, I contacted them immediately and now after 15 days I still haven’t had any feedback from them. I’ve tried to call them also, and they don’t pick up saying they will call back and they never call. Right now I have about 800€ on their side with a dinner table I can not use, and I don’t know how to solve this issue. I am being scammed!

Hi there,
I have recently bought some furniture for you, and the first part of the order arrived.
The second part is now held up at the depot. As Hermes has received the wrong postcode from Agediss (the middle service you use) and needs confirmation of my delivery address before they can release shipment.
Unfortunately your chat line I can't get through to anyone who will help. I have tried all your phone lines too but no avail.
I have tried many many times to reach someone and even been called Hermes several times but they require confirmation from you of my order.
My order is currently sitting at the delivery depot 30 minutes away and I am even unable to collect the goods myself.
Please advise asap.
Poor quality and even worse customer service
I have placed various large orders over the past couple years, sometimes over 900,- per order and though most products looked nice, the overall quality is so so bad. My last order included a parasol base made of wood that I only opened months later (due to the fact that we are in the midst of renovating here and as it was winter then, I wasn't going to use a parasol base any time soon), only to learn it was completely cracked on all sides. And i'm taling big cracks, from top to bottom. I have messaged Sklum about this, sent them photos of how it came out of the package, but never received any response and that really sums it up perfectly. Customer service is a foreign concept for Sklum.
The same with 4 chairs I bought. They all have bolts sticking out of the seating area causing to ruin everything you wear when you sit on it (cause it tears your clothing open the minute you sit on it). Never received any message back when I mentioned this.
To stress: I have documented everything and sent everything through to Sklum, wish I could how here too, to substantiate my claims.

Sklum Charged twice for same order and cancelled it
An order was charged twice due to some error on their end. They then refunded one of the payments. This triggered an automatic cancelation of the order by Sklum. At the moment I have paid in full for the order, but the order is gone from the system, meaning I'm out of money and out of furniture.
Customer support is unreachable and don't return calls or emails.

I really regret ordering from Sklum. I had to wait six weeks for my table to arrive, and when it finally did, it came damaged and incomplete. The surface of the table isn’t even flat, which makes it practically unusable, and the two chairs I ordered with it were completely missing.
It’s been three weeks since I contacted customer service and I still haven’t received any reply. No update, no apology, nothing. So right now, I have a damaged table, no chairs, and absolutely no help from Sklum.
This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I want a full refund for the inconvenience and the poor quality of the product. I will never buy from Sklum again and I’ll make sure to tell others not to either. The lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 chairs, one of which was delivered without the seat. I sent a claim through INSIDENCIAS but at the time I did not have the photos of the box and labels. After obtaining them I was unable to edit INCIDENCIAS so I sent an email on June 18th with all the proof to rgpd@sklum. I have not received any answer whatsoever, nor can I return the defective chair because I opened an INCIDENCIA. I need an answer - will they send the missing seat or else they have to send me return instructions (obviously I no longer have the box)
Stay away!!I ordered a bed from SKLUM on June 7th wich arrived on the 17th of June with no screws and bed feet. So I have been sleeping on the floor for 17 days now. And no one seems to pick the phone
I ordered a bed from SKLUM on June 7th, 2025, and it was delivered without the essential parts—no screws or feet, making it impossible to assemble. I reported the issue immediately through their website on June 17th and was promised a response within 4–5 working days. Over 8 days later, I still haven’t heard back.
I also called their customer service number, but the person who answered only spoke Spanish and refused to help or transfer me to someone who could speak English. The delivery company confirmed they didn’t have the missing parts. As a result, I’ve had to sleep on the floor for more than 16 days.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, especially for an order costing over €619,94. I expected far better communication and service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend SKLUM based on this experience.
Update: They replied to my review here and said they will contact me to sort it out. It’s been 3 days since they said so but I still haven’t been reached out by them. And it’s my 10th night sleeping on the floor. :(

Informé del problema el 17 de junio a través de su web, y me prometieron una respuesta en 4–5 días laborables. Han pasado más de 8 días y nadie ha respondido.
También llamé al servicio de atención al cliente, pero la persona que contestó solo hablaba español y se negó a ayudarme o transferirme a alguien que hablara inglés. La empresa de reparto confirmó que no tenía las piezas faltantes. Como resultado, he estado durmiendo en el suelo durante más de dos semanas.
Esta experiencia ha sido muy frustrante e inaceptable, especialmente para una compra de más de €600. Esperaba mucho más en cuanto a comunicación y atención al cliente. Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar SKLUM en base a esta experiencia.
Actualización: Respondieron a mi reseña aquí y dijeron que me contactarían para solucionarlo. Han pasado 3 días desde que lo dijeron, pero todavía no se han comunicado conmigo. Y ya es mi décima noche durmiendo en el suelo. :disappointed:

I wish I went on here first , we bought a set of 10 chairs and a big outdoor table , 3 chairs arrive completly broken , and the table has not even turned up yet , but they still have not replied after 3 weeks , I do not want the table with 7 chairs , and i am not ordering more , I think I am letting my lawyer sort this one out

Fiz um pedido na Sklum no dia 30 de maio e a entrega só chegou no dia 13 de junho – muito além dos 5 dias úteis prometidos no site.
Solicitei a devolução de alguns itens, pois não atenderam às expectativas. Já faz mais de uma semana que preenchi o formulário de devolução e até agora não recebi nenhuma resposta da equipe da Sklum. Nenhuma comunicação, absolutamente nada.
Agora estou com móveis indesejados em casa, sem saber quando (ou se) serão recolhidos. Um serviço péssimo. Não comprarei mais na Sklum.
Very disappointing service – won't be ordering again
I placed an order with Sklum on the 30th of May and the delivery only arrived on the 13th of June – far longer than the 5 business days promised on their website.
I also submitted a return request for some of the items, as they didn’t meet expectations. It’s been over a week since I filled in the return form, and I’ve still had no response or update from their team. No communication whatsoever.
Now I’m stuck with unwanted furniture and no idea when (or if) it will be collected. Truly awful service. I won’t be buying from Sklum again.
Faulty products
We received our order about two weeks ago. Unfortunatelly two of the 4 pieces we ordered were faulty. One of the shelving units was a completely different color than what was represented on the platform and the other shelving unit had faulty pieces which wouldn't connect to each other as they're meant to. We immediately reported the incidents directly through the account I ordered from and still have not heard a thing. I was given a custmer support email via their whatsapp bot that is actually bouncing back, so we still don't understand how we are going to return theese items and get our refund. Could someone from the sklum team please contact us??

3 days completely wasted staying at home waiting on delivery of my order. Worse they lied about delivery attempts. Getting in touch with either company was a nightmare and very stressful, hours wasted on email and WhatsApp. I won’t be buying from SKLUM again. BE WARNED!!
