Een WAARDELOZE slechte bedrijf is Skoda!!!!!
A terrible, I mean a TERRIBLE auto company!!!
Een waardeloos ''bedrijf'' dat totaal niet respectabel noch klantvriendelijk haar klanten te woord staat! Enkel geld verdienen en that's it! Ik ken iemand binnen Skoda die mij totaal tegenovergestelde verteld van wat voor leugens Skoda aan mij verteld!
Willen expres niet helpen, en verwijzen je van het kastje naar de muur; een schande! Nooit meer Skoda voor mij!!!!
I asked for help, and they dont know what service means! Also, you cant fill a complaint form or sending a complaint, simply because they dont have a complaint department. Very very bad!
So I have months ago (!) a complaint about the following: my remote control keys are stuck, and so I asked for new ones from their parts department; they refuse to help me. Especially the Dutch branch of Skoda with also a person called Wena Garcia, a liar who said to help me, but he didn't reply to me for months now!
Anyways, I would be happy if Skoda could take the reponsibility and so sending me the remote controls; only two remote controls, because I already have my own keys and chips (transponders.) but the remote controls with two button on each key fob is unfortunately broken, so I need new ones (or just second hands ones) which I cant find.
Its for my Skoda Fabia 2002 stationcar combi.
