Guy basically didn’t want to fix scooter talked me out of getting it fixed there clearly out his depth defo wouldn’t recommend the Glasgow branch

Great customer service. Took my sons first scooter here to be fixed , guys were great bought his second one from here great scooter , broke and the guys replaced it within a day!

Just purchased my second Scooter from Skootz i was so pleased with the first purchase I decided to purchase another for my wife but decided to buy the extended battery version of the M4 Pro S+ as always really happy with the purchase from ordering to delivery 2 days from Scotland to the South West i can't recommend Skootz enough really pleased with the whole process.

Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend and buy again .

These guys are absolute class. They knew I drove from Lanark to Glasgow for a repair and prioritised my repair so I didn't need to come back again. Very reasonable price for repairs and these guys go the extra mile to fix things that I never knew were broken without extra charge (headlight)
Nice genuine and trustworthy people. A pleasure to deal with. Just wish I knew a mechanic for my car like these guys.

My grandson had his scooter a week when it punctured twice in a week thet fixed the first one then it punctures again when he was taking it up the road then they told me it had all these things wrong with it had to pay 150 pounds to get it fixed he only had it for a week wasent happy with that one bit so sent an email to the company got a phone call from brian in dundee shop saying they would give me 50 pds refund which I was happy with he said I would get it back in 2 days suprise suprise never got it phoned the shop said they would c about it sent few emails no reply why say there going to give u it when they clearly aren't not happy one bit my grandson had to pay it of his own money considering he only gets 30 pds a week bursary

Can't fault them. First contacted via online chat. Prompt clear response. Then dropped into see Brian in the shop in Dundee. He couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend these guys. Product knowledge is awsome no hard sell.

I'm really disappointed, I gave a 1 star review last week because of the lack of service? I received a phone call from Mike who was really concerned about me giving a 1 star review? He asked me to change the review? Which i did??? Then came the promises , I'd have my bike in 5 days ? Never happened? I'd get a free upgrade if it doesn't arrive in that time (never got a free upgrade). I got a false tracking number?
I then get a message from Fedex telling me I'm due them £581 to clear the bike from customs??? I paid the deposit for the bike and the 1st monthly payment ? Yet, I still don't have a bike ????

I have had a few technical issues with the scooter upon purchase but apart from that amazing service. Brian from the Dundee store (shop) nothing is too much for him and he goes above and beyond for his customers and is amazing you ask him for advice / help and he is always happy to help on the end of the phone if you need him which i have done on numerous occasions fantastic service from start to finish and nothing is too much for Brian to do I would really recommend him 100 percent customer service every time i visit the store or on phone to him

Bought my M4 S+ scooter from the Dundee shop and it was built and available to pick up the very same day! I Used to ride a Pure electric air 3 pro and it wasn't suitable to ride everyday to and from work but this scooter is perfect, sturdy and very suitable to be ridden everyday to work. Excellent service and staff were very friendly and explained everything I needed to know and I was able to ride my scooter home.

Took my sons scooter in to the Dundee store as it had a puncture. After discussion decided to replace both with honeycomb tyres rather than repair and they seem much better . They also gave all the bolts a tighten to make sure everything was safe .
Will definitely return in future for any repairs or upgrades

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SCOOTER HERE I booked my sons scooter in to get a new tyre put on and it wasn’t done right the bolts were not put bk on safely they fell off when my son was doing 35mph he fell off and gave hisself a sore one and ended up in hospital 😡find a different shop as they are also total rip offs

Brilliant customer service from start to finish, always replied to my questions Via Whatsapp, sent me a tracking number to follow my delivery right up until it was delivered. Ordered on Monday evening was delivered Wednesday Morning, not even 2 days to deliver. Fantastic, if you need a scooter or spare parts, this is the place to buy from, Brilliant.

I have the viper air pro 500w, I let my nephew have a go and he popped the rear tyre… little did I know the tyre was tubeless so I had to send it to Mike at the Glasgow store as the work required was to complicated for myself . I called Mike he arranged everything pick up & drop off also fixed my wheel with a anti puncture inner tube so hopefully it won’t happen again haha. Honestly though Mike is a top man and really professional I would highly recommend skootz as he is genuine explained the cost, kept in touch everything was first class. Nice1 for your help Mike
