Worst customer care experience

Worst customer care experience, you cant talk to a real representative, only to chatbots.

Once you request for an agent to contact you, they just ignore the messages.

Official customer care phone line, replied, promised to call back, never did. Its been 5 days in a row that no one is answering the phone.

In general, you cant contact any real person either through website, or phone, or email.

I contacted the company dozens of times…

I contacted the company dozens of times by phone, email, and through the Scrooge platform regarding a damaged product. Specifically, it was a bottle of liqueur that was already broken and had leaked all over the inside of the box when I opened the locker. I left it inside the locker, did not accept the delivery, and contacted the company repeatedly to request a refund.
Since I was getting nowhere, I asked to speak with a customer service representative. I am still waiting. It has been almost a month.
Shame on them.
