I’ve been using SKT products for ten years because I love their sophisticated designs.
However, due to my own lack of technical knowledge, I used the product without performing any maintenance; eventually, it couldn't keep up with newer versions of PHP and WordPress, leading to issues. I had practically given up hope—after all, it was a ten-year-old product—but the support team fixed it in an instant. Even for a product from a decade ago!
SKT themes are fantastic products, but their support is truly exceptional. Considering how long you can use them, they offer incredible value. I highly recommend them.

The recent rebranding of the website represents a strong step forward in both clarity and user experience. The updated visual identity feels more modern and cohesive, with a cleaner layout that makes navigation noticeably easier. Content is now structured more logically, and key information is more accessible, improving the overall flow for visitors.
Technical support has been excellent, with fast and reliable communication throughout the entire process. Every query was handled promptly and professionally, making the overall experience smooth and efficient.

I always come back to SKT Themes and have been doing so for over 10 years. Three reasons. 1 - Beautiful and usable themes, 2 - Plenty of detailed support documentation, 3 - Awesome customer service (sincerely). Although I listed customer service in last it is the most important to me. That alone makes the price of the products worth it. This is a good company that has been there for a long time and I like them very much.

From the very beginning, SKT were responsive, helpful, and guided me through the entire process, despite me knowing very little about it. They accommodated all of my change requests with what felt like almost instant responses and continued working with me until I was completely satisfied. I’m delighted with the theme, installation, and setup they provided. Considering the cost, I genuinely can't fault their service. A special thanks to Sonal for her patience and support, and to the whole SKT team for such a great experience. I would happily recommend them to ..well... everyone.

I purchased a WordPress template from SKT Themes months ago. I was later charged $39 for a subscription I did not intend to continue.

I contacted support the same day to cancel and request a refund. Instead of helping resolve it, they told me they do not offer refunds. This was frustrating because I reached out right away after the charge.

Customers should be aware before buying. Make sure you check all subscription terms, renewal settings, and cancellation policies first. In my experience, the refund process was not customer-friendly, and the support response did not feel fair.

The theme itself is beautiful and easy to use, the pricing is very good as well. But the standout feature is definitely the customer service. They updated a very old theme for me to the newest version, so that didn´t have to rebuild the whole site. Very quick, without any problems. Contact form didn't work anymore. I asked for help. Within a day it was fixed. They had replaced it with a different type of contact form. But everything still looked the same. Except that now it worked. So thanks!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with SKT Themes has been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating.

First of all, the theme I purchased looked decent in the demo, but the actual installed version was nowhere close to what was advertised. The design broke, elements didn’t align, customization options were missing, and nothing worked the way it was shown. It felt like I bought a completely different and poorly coded product.

Their documentation is outdated, incomplete, and barely helpful. Most of the “features” displayed in the demo simply do not exist or function properly in the real theme.

The support team dismisses every issue, blames the customer, and refuses to take responsibility. Instead of accepting the flaws in their product, they keep repeating the same line: “We don’t offer refunds.” Even when clear evidence was provided, they kept denying the problems and implying the customer is at fault.

Performance-wise, the theme slowed down my website drastically—even on a clean installation with zero plugins and a high-performance server. This clearly means the theme itself is poorly optimized.

To make matters worse, their attitude is extremely unprofessional. Instead of genuinely helping, they try to invalidate every concern and portray the customer as “making baseless claims.”

In short:

❌ The theme is misleading

❌ The code quality is poor

❌ Documentation is useless

❌ Performance is terrible

❌ Support is defensive and unhelpful

❌ No refunds even when the product does not work

I wasted time, money, and effort—only to end up buying another theme from a different provider
