Rapid response!

I had paid for, and downloaded, a fantastic range of themes. But I could not find a particular one that appeared on the SKT site. I contacted Sonl Sinha via the SKT website and the very next day the theme was available in the Downloads section of my account. Fantastic service!!

BEWARE!

BEWARE
Purchased a theme and emailed with a problem. No reply. Emailed requesting refund - immediate reply "we don't do refunds".

RESPONSE TO SKT Themes Reply:

Not true. Your owner has acknowledged he did not get my first email and I have since had an apology. In their response it is laughable they are directly accusing me of not having a host and that's why I'm leaving a bad review. Totally untrue and why would that even make sense? I had my website previously created and hosted on GoDaddy and wanted to migrate a new theme over.

Very dishonest company, no refund policy (illegal in the UK but they are based in India). If you look around you'll find lots of people having similar experience, BEWARE.

You sent us a support request regarding free theme installation and we obliged for the same.

We asked WordPress admin details to complete the same and found out you were using free WordPress dot com hosting.

When pointed out to you, you said you have purchased domain and hosting from Godaddy.

Once we requested the same all we got is a bad review from your end.

Kindly be honest and tell people that you did not purchase a hosting without which how can a WordPress theme work and function?

We even emailed you back giving you a nice offer for hosting from our end and from one of our partners too.

Good products and customer service

I have used a couple of their themes for websites and they are very easy to work to set up. I also requested some custom changes which they happily and quickly solved for me. Easily 5 stars for me.

I’m very pleased with the SKT team

I’m very pleased with the SKT team. Sonal Sinha, who kindly assisted with several issues with my theme, was very responsive each time and quick in resolving them. I highly recommend using SKT themes.
