SKT themes are AWESOME! I can't say enough about them! Their themes are really nice, well-coded, and not full of bloat! But better still, they have amazing support and customer service! Sonal Sina has been extremely helpful and very professional!

Attention they are also force you into a subscription, but it's a trap because there is no explicit area or button where you get informed that you are buying something with a subscription you have to pay for annually .....

I purchased their theme over 2 years ago and never renewed, out of a sudden after tow years they charged me 39usd and refused to refund me. my mistake honestly was mistyping my email. but i am sure unless i missed it i wasn't charged for at least 2 years and there was no opt-in option if i recall correctly for auto renew and even if it was i wouldn't signup for it because the theme was for a friend whom i advised not to purchase and recommended another theme.

the themes are fantastic. But I have to say the best thing about this is the stellar customer service. It's a very different platform than I'm used to creating sites on and there is a bit of a learning curve for self-promoting performing artists like me, but the expert customer service of this app makes everything much easier. And the price for hosting and design blows a lot of competitors out of the water. I highly recommend building your next site and having it hosted by SKT themes! Actors! I'm talking to you! this is a highly customizable and very cost effective alternative to the crazy monthly subscription models that are out there. Cannot recommend highly enough. This WordPress theme company offers a diverse range of beautifully designed templates to suit various industries. Their themes are user-friendly, feature-rich, and backed by excellent customer support

Provides a solid foundation for building and growing your website over time

Would not recommend. After downloading there theme, I ran into multiple issues and the template was not user friendly. Between their own block software and elementor, it was complicated and hard to use, resulting in many elements not updating properly. Their support took hours half a day to respond, the next day did not respond again until the next night. After 2 days of getting nowhere and realizing this would be a long process, I went with a different theme. With the new theme (Creativeo by Rocky) I was able to finish an entire home page in just a couple hours.

I had then requested a refund through SKT as it had only been 2 days and had not been used, however, SKT themes does not offer refunds, so be aware!

UPDATE: After comment below, where developer shows extreme unprofessionalism and tries to discredit me and says this is a made up story by competitor, I would like to also make users aware of my other review on sitejabber - where I was able to post screenshots of my exchange as well as was required to submit proof of purchase. I would post the screenshots here as well if I was able to.

LOVE my theme! And their customer service is top-notch, they've always been super responsive and helpful when I've needed it.
