Top guys no hassle speedy delivery

This guy was quick to diagnose the issue with my PC and had a new Power Supply ordered and installed within a few days.

I needed a new PC for my music production which needed to be powerful but quiet - a gaming machine was not suitable. I had a rough, amateur, spec which I discussed with Phil who advised and guided me to the PC he delivered to me very quickly. The PC does everything that I need from it and is responsive and quiet. Phil has made himself available for if I ran into any problems. Excellent experience and would definately use again.

Very happy with the laptop provided which had everything transferred from old one within a day.
Internet security also sorted.
Would recommend.

We Just bought a new laptop for our business from Skull.
We gave Phil our old computer and he set up the new one to mirror the old one.
Absolutely brilliant, I signed in on the new computer with no hassle and everything was there ready to go!
I’d been struggling with the old laptop and delaying buying a new one because I thought it would be a hassle to get it set up and a risk as we rely on it for our payroll.

I've been coming to this Irby computer shop/workshop for around ten years now, and have never been disappointed in any aspect of the really helpful advice or repairs I have sought, including a purpose-built computer, occasional updates and also laptop advice.

I ordered a replacement memory module on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on the following Tuesday morning for a good price and it works perfectly. My only minor grumble was that I wasn't notified that it had been dispatched on the Monday. The first I knew it was arriving was a text message 2 hours before delivery, fortunately I was at home. The delivery email from Skull arrived after the goods...

Staff member was brilliant and was very helpful. Fixed a booting problem with my PC and haven’t had an issue since having it back and also gave me pointers of what i could do incase it’s a reoccurring problem. Would 100% recommend lovely service and lovely staff.

I bought a gaming PC for my son, entry level as he is just starting to get into gaming. We bought it through the snap finance option, the whole experience was great. The machine arrived within a couple of days all set up and ready to go. Great service and advice given to us. Recommended.

Performed annual service on my laptop and resolved an issue with MS Outlook. Excellent service. Computer much faster and Outlook issue resolved. Computer returned the same day.

Great service. Highly recommend. No fuss, just excellent service. 3days (over weekend) sorted. Problem was the computer still tripping over on Win 8. Data backed up and Win 10 installed. All good.
