Absolute scum scam company

Absolute scum scam company. It's a mediocre product, the beans are almost stale and it's massively overpriced for what it is but the absolute worst thing is the manage subscription page is intentionally broken and customer service ignore you. They intentionally waited until they had taken the next payment and sent the package before cancelling the subscription. A request for a refund and every email I've ever sent them have been ignored. Avoid.

They sent out ground when I ordered Beans, customer service is shocking They replied fast to first email and now are not answering any emails ignoring them rather than solving the issue.
I can see that many reviews are the same stay away from this company

I ordered a bag of coffee to be shipped…

I ordered a bag of coffee to be shipped to the USA. It has been 33 days and has not shipped. I have reached out to support 6 times and only 2 generic responses from an automated service. I have not received a refund and product is sitting in a warehouse in the UK when I attempt to track. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!

Absolutely awful customer service and…

Absolutely awful customer service and average at best coffee.

Started a subscription and had 5 deliveries of the 500g beans. Noticed I wasn’t receiving the benefits listed on the website e.g. 20% off for recurring orders, 5% store credit on each repeat order, free mug on every 3rd order. So I contacted the customer service email listed and received an instant response, that is quite clearly written by AI, saying my complaint is a high priority and has been passed to the correct team etc etc.
I’m now 1 month in and still haven’t received a response from a human and have no sign of the issues listed being rectified. I’ve cancelled my subscription since and sent a further 3 emails all with no response. This company feels like a scam.

The beans are fairly average quality and nothing special, certainly not worth the money or putting up with the terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY.

my order stated one coffee and 3 mugs, recieved one coffee and one mug. order had 2 mugs crossed out, contacted them about this and was told they would send me 1 of the 2 missing mugs if i paid more postage as i had not included them at time of order,, they were clearly listed on the order statment and crossed out in pen. poor customer service. will not be using again and cannot recommend ordering from them, coffee ok but much better in local aldi

Company is more or less a scam. Nice looking website, all the right advertising but with zero actual substance. If you enjoy waiting several weeks or months for a delivery ($12.99 shipping forced) and absolutely zero customer service, then this is your company. If not, stay away!

SHOCKING COMPANY

Set up a subscription, never received the free mug on every 3rd order as stated! Tried to cancel my subscription but website won’t allow you too. Contacted customer support 3 times never reply apart from automated emails. Still taking money from my account every 2 weeks and can’t seem to stop it!!

Order number 191268 - Still no delivery or dispatch from first order placed on the 6th October

I ordered on the 6th October and it is now the 22nd. I have not yet received my order and when chasing via email, I am getting an automated reply from a system and not a person. All they are saying is that this has been marked as a high priority, but then still no movement and not even left them yet.

It is a shame as this is my first order and set up a subscription which will be due to come out of my account again soon, when I have not yet had the coffee.

I truly hope that they are able to resolve this quickly.

Buyer beware - delivery time

Its a known issue that they are terrible with delivery execution. I just recently ordered a one bag with mug to see what it was all about, order purchased 17th September and it took them 13 days to processes the order and give my details to the shipping company. Its now the 15th October and ive still not received the package.

From all accounts its strong coffee but be prepared to wait a month for it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Waited a week and my order still hadn't been dispatched. I chased the order and they said they'd get it sent as a priority.. 3 days later it still had not been dispatched so I've asked for a refund which they say they've sent but I have not received my money back. Do not buy from this company!

Free mug when you buy a bag

Free mug when you buy a bag. Ordered bag no free mug. Worded as free mug with a bag + free teeshirt when you spend £40. Put £40 worth of coffee low and behold a mug appeared. Grossly misleading. Coffees not that great either tastes like a burnt mess.

Great coffee, company could do better.

Great coffee, company could do better. I tried the coffee after a social ad adn over the years, I've come to religiously consume just Skullcrusher. I've tried all the varieties, even some of the accessories (really good quality t-shirts and the liquor is nice, when it's in stock!).

That said, I have had lots of problems with items arriving on really short sell-bys (like a £20 pack of ice coffee with less than a week left). I also did have problems getting my subscription cancelled (constant emails over many months). I have also found like others the delivery to be super slow, which given the high charge of £3.50 isn't really good enough. Lots of issues ordering on amazon too (always sending ground despite ordering beans twice!)

BUT - if you can suck that up and order a little bit of bulk at a time to avoid constantly having to restock, the coffee itself is fantastic!

Horrific coffee

To cancel you have to email them (in 2025 this is JOKE) and then their so-called AI falls flat on its face, so you’re stuck waiting for a human to prod a button. Judging by the flood of similar complaints, I’ll probably end up having to involve my bank just to escape.

As for the coffee: it tastes like the sweepings from the factory floor, left to go stale, then scorched to death instead of roasted. What it really is, is the most hideously wrong, bitter sludge I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to drink. Truly, the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

Maybe I’m lucky?

Have to admit my heart sank after reading the reviews after I ordered the coffee.
However the order took less than a week to arrive and both coffees taste absolutely fine to me.
It’s nothing like a Starbucks or Costa, or one of the fancier boutique brands, but that’s not what I bought it for so if that’s what you’re into you’re likely better off buying those things.
It is as strong as advertised, which is what I needed it for.
This will replace pre-workout for the gym, and it also wakes me up after the mid afternoon slump at work.
The free cup was a nice touch too.
It is pricey, but I’ve seen offers come out regularly.
I can vouch for the subscription service, I prefer to just buy as I need.

Not great.

So, I waited almost 2 weeks for my coffee and only received it AFTER I emailed them chasing it. I did ask for a refund initially but it was sent so i kept it. The coffee doesn't taste nice and isn't strong as the name would suggest. Going back to my usual local provider who is cheaper tastier and same day delivery. Disappointing.
