Honest opignon after more than 500€ spent

I gave them multiple try, but everything is always complicated.

This company does not control theire employee properly, and that's the first point that should alarm you if you consider to buy a service. The pro can take ages to answer you, while having your account credential, and they will not do anything about it. Sometime you will order and a good pro will take it, sometime it will be a verry bad player.

I personally ordered multiple service, always selfplay, on FPS comeptitive game, such as CS2. recently, i have been carrying the pro most game. They are clearly not matching the real expected level you would expect from a service.

As mentionned by a lot of other reviewer here, they will never refund you, this is a fact, or you will have to make a request to your bank, and hopefully you have a tier 1 bank that will make things moove.

Same as a lot of people are mentionning slow starting time, well that's random, but half time you will have a good experience, half time you will have a terrible one and support will be terrible.

Concerning the pros level and the service, the order are usually not what you expect, if you pay for wins, you will get -50% wins because they force you into 5q, and will tell you get your wins. I already got a 1 point win lol. They do not have highly skilled employees, and that explain the rest of the service.

Well, after spending more than 500€ in different tries, i can tell, please do not make this mistake if you have high expectations.

If you already in a bad situation, dont wait for a refund from theire end after contacting them. Just do it, then ask your bank to open a litige case.

Aggressive retention, Unfulfilled promises, Refund takes ages.

I’ve ordered a boosting service for TESO - Champion Points.
A simple one, that I’ve just wished to be done overnight (180-300).

I first refused to take the ultra express option, thinking a pro would be matched with me in an hour or so.
Well, it didn’t.

Needing to go to sleep, I’ve finally bought the ultra express queue option for 1/4 of the total order price - the Agent promised me that if I do, they’ll find a pro « 100% in 15-25 minutes ».

Guess what. They didn’t.
After countless debates with the support team, I’ve managed to get the required email to ask for a refund. I sent a mail, but they didn’t accepted first and kept doing aggressive retention.

This morning, they did the exact same. They offered me cashback, golds, another levels on top of it… I’ve been battling for 2 hours and as I’m writing, there’s still no refund processed nor order cancellation.

Then they came up with a « pro » that logged at my account, took the auth code, and just disappeared for 2 hours without even starting the order. Nice « ultra express queue ». And guess what. I’m still fighting for a refund.

Anyways - do not order on this website. Just ask any IA how many bad reviews there truely is about this website.
