I had a very concerning and…

I had a very concerning and unprofessional experience with someone claiming to be part of SkyCoach’s team on Discord (username: “skycoach.emily”).

During the onboarding process, I was asked to provide extensive personal information, including a copy of my ID, and to complete several forms. I trusted this process as it appeared to be legitimate and connected to the company.

However, after submitting all the requested information, I was suddenly blocked without any explanation. This raises serious concerns about the safety and handling of my personal data.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If this person is truly affiliated with the company, it reflects extremely poor practices. If not, then it suggests a serious lack of security and verification on their platform, allowing impersonators to operate freely.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious and not to share sensitive personal information through unofficial channels like Discord without proper verification.

I expect a clear explanation and accountability regarding this situation.

I placed 2 orders

I placed 2 orders. What I thought was a minor issue with the second order caused by their rep mislabeling part resulted in them refusing to fix the issue or refunding the payment. They then stopped work on the first order and refused to resume. They then held my accounts essentially hostage refusing to fulfill either order or issue refunds. I was forced to boot them from the accounts and change settings to prevent access. They stole over a hundred dollars from me

Offered to resolve the issue, confirming the mistake on their end but then did nothing. I'm still out my money and they have done nothing to resolve the issue.
