Reference claim No #97b6bfe4 submited 15 July 2025 has not been settled. My flight company Virgin who I chased in December 2025 confirmed by email that full payment was sent to Skycop on 25th July 2025 and despite numerous emails did not receive a reply, finally I emailed Allex ( after seeing his email on review) and got a reply saying full payment would be sent because of the delay. I sent Allex my bank details and after 2 weeks chased again and got a reply from Allex saying that he is only admin and can only request payment, that was last week.
It is starting to feel like a scam.
I would like to resolve this in a civil manner without the use of alternative methods.
Options available to me is make a claim via European small claims court ( as my wife is European) , contact Rip Of Britain and also Virgin have asked to be kept in the loop as they may stop future claims payment to Skycop if this is not resolved.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I’ve been chasing my flight compensation since October 2023 and I still haven’t received anything yet. I’ve emailed them multiple times and the compensation was approved Jan 2025. If I had known it would take this long I would’ve claimed compensation directly with the airline. Skycop needs to give the full compensation and not take their cut due to the delay!!!

I made a claim through SkyCop and have been very disappointed. It feels like I have been conned. I have followed up for an update on my claim multiple times and have received no helpful information. I have been waiting over a year now.

Terrible experience with this company, do not use them! It took 2 years and 4 months for me to receive the compensation. I appreciate that it takes a while for airlines to pay out, but don't expect to receive any updates from Skycop along the way. Their customer service is non-existent! Then after Skycop finally received the funds back from the airline, it took them 5 months to transfer it to me! I chased and chased for answers, but they just ignore you. I finally received the funds in the end, but only because I threatened to take them to small claims court. Not sure I ever would have received the money if I hadn't have been willing to go to court. Don't waste your time using Skycop

communication really not great, no update as to my claim,it's been with legal team a while now, I'm not expecting skycop to be like bam it's all sorted but after sending multiple emails over the year I've only had 1 reply that was months ago, I've sent another email last week for an update but still no reply,for me communicating is key to let the customer know how things are going throughout the process so for that I can only give 2 stars for now, but can change when claim has settled.

Based on the information received from the airline, the full compensation was paid to Skycop in the amount of €1300. Skycop made a deposit of €400 to settle my claim, which was still pending compensation from the airline. I will no longer file compensation claims through Skycop; I prefer to deal directly with the airline.

Horrible experience! Made the claim in may 2023, compensation approved august 2025, since September I’m trying to get in touch with somebody to clarify what is going on, the AI creates tickets after tickets, i get ignored and nothing is happening… next time I’ll prefer to lose the money than to contact Skycop…

This seems like a fraudulent company. My husband traveled to Luanda in November with a stopover in Paris, and on the return trip, there was a delay of several hours in Luanda, which meant missing the flight in Paris because they arrived late. Then, they only had another flight that night, meaning several more hours of waiting to return to Birmingham, their final destination. A flight that was supposed to take 9 hours ended up taking 24 hours.
We contacted Air France and they said they had already delivered the compensation to Skycop, but so far it's an unreachable place, nobody answers anyone, nothing.

Skycop refunded my compensation in full due to long handling time and lack of contact. I tried to get my compensation from Eurowings for a 24 h delay back in 2023. It took a long time but Im happy the issue was finally resolved. Thank you Skycop for your understanding and cooperation.

For the third time asking for documents as an excuse, I have submitted my documents 3 times
I would never use them again.
They are fake and don't exist.
Why they replied here????.
I tried to get in touch by email. Also i tried by WhatsApp but there is always an AI agent keep saying the same things over and over again he will escalate and ask to someone to call me back

Of course I wanted to fly to visit my sick mother and I was rejected and overbooked and wizz air another useless airline i will never use again told by a phone operator not to go to airport as I will not allow to board the plane.
And with a complicated refund system designed to make you fail and there is also no number to call to discuss the issue all a corrupted system designed again to make money out of poor people and dont refund as promised.

I've been using Skycop since November 4, 2025. I've sent several emails and keep getting the same response: it's Garuda airline's fault. There's no phone number I can call. I'm still waiting for the payout. The payout is taking way too long.
I recommend not doing this through Skycop, but directly through the airline. You'll then receive a 100% refund. I got €600 back from the airline, €264 of which goes to Skycop!
