My parcel was in good condition & delivered with the stated time frame.
I did have a problem tracking it accurately early on but it was sent from Italy so not surprising.

I was notified on 14th of the month…
I was notified on 14th of the month that my items had been despatched. I then had an email the following day from Skynet Milan informing me that they were preparing to ship and I could track the items. This is where I noticed that they had used completely the wrong address by selecting the first one in the dropdown menu for the postcode.
I informed the company I had ordered from, hoping that they could sort it out.
For the next 13 days I used the tracking tool to see that my items had gone from Milan to Frankfurt to Milan to Frankfurt to London and then on to me. Yodel delivered the items to the correct address.

What I don't like is that the company doesn't leave the package in front of my gate at my house entrance but outside the main gate. I risk that the package is Stolen or damaged
