It took definetely too long to get my parcel from the UK (departed sep 20th., arrived oct 6th!), plus you said my adress Is UNKNOWN while trying to deliver It First Time,and only After my email asking where It was After 4 days arrival in Milan, it finally was delivered, still with UNKNOWN written on It, BUT name and adress were perfectly right!!!! More precision maybe?

CRAP SERVICE IN ALL RESPECT

I am still waiting for delivery of my package that was supposed to arrive in Jakarta 5 or 6 days after being shipped from milan (italy).

I've been waiting 12 days now and have been kept in the dark by Synet as they have not updated the delivery status of my package on their website for the past 7 days.

I have emailed Skynet "customer lack of service" 6 times to dat and asked them several questions, including "where is my package?" and they repeatedly fail to answer them.

I have used many courier services in the past 40 years and Skynet are by far the worst. This is my first and last time using them they are disgraceful!!!

I am writing to Mz. MZ. DIANNE LARSEN who heads up this company to both formally complain and to demand an apology and full refund!.

I waited all day at my home for my parcel to arrive but they never came to my home but wrote a lie They are very bad company cheating people and lying

I did not receive the package because SkyNet transmitted the addresse incorrectly. Therefore the carrier did not found my house. The packege went back to the sender.

SCAM COMPANY/COURIER

Ordered product from Kiko Milano. Never received product even though it says it was delivered.

I then received a full refund from Kiko directly, and still received spam calls and voicemails from Skynet trying to charge me for a redelivery of my product. I refused.

They continued to call me saying it would now be free for a redelivery, I and I blocked the number

I didn’t get any answer from the customer service, both via phone or email.

Worst company ever and they should be shut down! Had a package sent from Rome and it never got to me in California.Tried contacting the company and was never able to get a hold of anybody.

Awful service! Since 10.12 parcel stuck in London and got notification on 21.12 was declared lost. Full of goodies and childhood memories...so either you need to check on someone's pocket or your service is terrible.

Skh net have a very good and very fast transaction.. They are very professional
